Convenient location for the Bergpark. Nice breakfast, good room, friendly staff.

Only that we had to leave!

Great accommodation, good location. A small parking lot is available near the house. The staff is kind and helpful. A pitcher of water is available in the room, which is very nice, especially when it's hot outside. Very good and high-quality breakfast, fresh products, omelette or scrambled eggs are prepared individually.

It was quite a warm day outside (around 28C) and since my room was on the roof floor, it was very hot and there was a little discomfort when sleeping at night. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the room.

Breakfast was quite good. One day I was offered scrambled eggs, the other day I wasn't. Coffee could be better. I liked that I could have a double bed.

The heating was controlled automatically and that means it was sometimes on and sometimes off, and as such, in December, the room didn't always feel too warm.

It was a boutique hotel right near the castle. We loved walking in the extensive parklands and visiting the excellent museum. We would have like to have stayed longer to see the waterworks and fountains. We should have allowed more time for Kassel. The hotel was very clean and had an excellent breakfast. There was a small shopping centre across the street. The staff was very friendly. It was good value.

The smoking area needed to be further away from the hotel’s front door.

Boutique hotel in UNESCO surrounding. New awesome management. Digital check in worked well. Strong like the HERCULES nearby. Will book for my wedding maybe :)

No staff there until late, but this is normal when it is a 24 7 DIGITAL hotel.

The location was excellent as it’s near the motorway in a very peaceful setting with off street parking behind the hotel. It’s an older building but inside the rooms are clean, modern and spacious and well equipped. The beds are large and comfortable! Breakfast is good with eggs cooked freshly to order! They have a bar if you want a drink in the evening and our hosts were friendly and most welcoming!

We liked everything!

The Staff is very friendly, polite, accommodating and efficient. Breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheese, jams, nuts, etc. Made to order eggs & waffles (on the weekend) The atmosphere in the hotel is quite lovely and the breakfast area had quiet music playing & tables with fresh flowers and a small lamp if needed. The window shelf full of small palm trees of varied types, had a sign inviting you to pick up one and take it to your room. I found this a very nice touch. The elevator was appreciated. You could access from the small (5 places) parking lot as well as the lobby. Someone was always at the front desk from early morning until late evening. A refrigerator was placed in our room as well as 2 extra pillows, as upon our request. One evening the room.got a bit cold and the computer for the heating system needed adjustment (due to the fuel shortage due to Russian's invasion of Ukraine) but the staff brought us up a portable heater. We only needed it for 20 minutes and then we were fine the rest of our four night stay. The windows were new & energy efficient. There were heavy, room darkening, warmth keeping curtains as well.

The antique restored building is very close to the street car, so in our first studio room, I found it difficult to sleep (even with Earplugs & a pillow over my head.) We asked if we could move, and the staff was very kind and efficient to move us to another room, which was a bit quieter Unfortunately, this second room.had no door for the toilet which might be a cultural issue, but for us, a very awkward set up! If I stayed there I would call the hotel and get an exact description of the room you book because I believe they are all different. Our first room had a proper bathroom with a door, but like I mentioned, was just too noisy for me. The streetcar runs all night, just less frequently.

The location, on our way to Italy. The suite was very comfortable, good beds, very good breakfast. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel and a bakery to buy fresh bread and pastries.

We had a few stairs and steps to get to the room, so the accessibility is not optimal. The blinds of the windows do not cover completely them so we had the sun in our room very early in the morning (summer).

Breakfast was ok, we really appreciate that they tried to reach us when I forgot a thing in my room In this case we had already traveled to long to return back, but they agreed that we could come to pick it up almost 2 weeks later and that worked perfectly. Room design was modern with nice beds

If I remembered right they didn't have any type of eggs for breakfast

It was a very hot period and the hotel has no air conditioning. The room was at the roof top and it was incredibly hot during the stay -> not convenient for warm / hot summer days!
