I simply love this hotel! Great location, very nice girl at the reception, due to whom I learnt about Dokumenta. Clean. Good sound isolation despite the trams passing by. Nice restaurants just in front of the hotel and around, and ATM at the corner. Direct tram from Wilhelmshöhe train station to the hotel. If you checkin earlier or checkout later, you can leave your luggage in a special room. A rare hotel, which is also providing you with the public transport ticket. They accommodated my request and gave me my favorite room during the second stay. Simple but cosy room with comfortable (not too soft) bed. Loved the fact that there are facilities at the rooms floors to separate garbage for better recycling and environment

There is nothing that I didn’t like. It feels that the building and interior is not new but it’s in the spirit of this charming old-style residential Quartier. I haven’t had a breakfast. So can’t say much about it

The location of this hotel is amazing.It is right next to the train stop and you can get a ticket for free usage of public transport at the reception for the time of your stay. It is close to most of the city attractions. The view was amazing( of the Friedenkirche). The room was spacious and clean. It may not be really modern, but good for the price. The staff was friendly and helping.

Breakfast was good with a lot of options of food and drinks, the only disadvantage was lack of warm foods such as omlete or sausages.

After a mix-up, we called a staff member whom was very helpful. Within a couple of minutes everything was sorted, and we were given a card key and allowed inside. Price and location were amazing!!

The website said that check-in would be open until 10.30pm but when we arrived, there was no staff present. We checked in via the monitor outside and it said we had to pay, but we paid already. It was sorted in the end.

Very comfortable and clean bed, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff.

Everything looks a little old fashioned and could really use some renovation. Also, we were followed by two men in our neighboring room whenever we tried to go to our room they tried to talk to us and walk to our own room door with us. It was somewhat scary.

Quiet and comfortable room. Really friendly staff. Realy close to a station to catch a tram to downtown or the train station. No one at the reception after 11 pm but you can use a machine to check yourself in if you arrive after 11 pm. (Which i did, works great no issues at all) Nice breakfast for 15 euros.

Maybe a little pricey but i guess every hotel in Kassel gets a bit pricey during Documenta season

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really stood out, as someone who travels often for work, I felt very comfortable and well looked after. The room was cosy and very clean. I was very happy with my stay. Highly recommended. It is also well located, the museums are fairly close, as is the train station.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Only a small thing to say here, the shower curtain could be a little longer, I flooded the floor of the bathroom, but I had plenty of towels to mop up after!

The location is good near the S-bahn and bus stop. The staffs are nice. The room is big with big window.

We can hear people walking on the top floor. The flash of the toilet on our hotel room is not functioning well.

The receptionist was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She advised me about car parking on the street which saved me from getting a ticket as I thought I was in an okay spot but wasn't! She also advised about taking the tram into the town centre and gave me a day pass for it.

The hotel is easy to get by bus or tram. It is very comfortable, it has a refrigerator and a kettle. Tram 4 stop at the front, easy to visit Hércules monument, Bergpark and city center. The bathroom is small.

The receptionist arrives at 2pm.

Close to the center of the city. It was overall ok. Quick reaction from the staff over internet if i had any questions.about the stay. The staf was nice too.

They make no exceptions regarding the check in. And the fridge didn't quite cooled that good.
