The location of the hotel is excellent! I arrived at the hotel 3 hours earlier than my booking time and the young man at the reception checked me in without any problems, special thanks to the hotel employee for this and this was important to me after a long trip, delicious food in the restaurant, everything is so clean that it sparkles, the staff is very polite and friendly, I am very pleased and recommend this hotel to all guests of the city!

Better information on check-in process. I was running late and knowing it was a kiosk based check-in and being late wasn't a problem would have been reassuring to know

It was a pretty good room for the money. The hotel is surrounded by trees and garden. It is very relaxing and calming. We had opted for breakfast too, it was the best choice ever made.

Bathroom facilities could be little better. It would be nice if all the rooms had a smart TV.

The rooms are big. They provide us with a baby bed that fitted and we still had extra space. The room had fridge, big windows, big beds, nice bathroom, water cooker and tee and instantaneous coffee. Very nice!

It was a bit warm in the room. No air conditioner.

Easy Check in, few minutes walk from Kassel Wilhelmshöhe Bahnhof, close to nice part of Kassel and easy tram ride to the Herkules Park the main attraction of Kassel.

We have stayed at the Penta in Kassel on several occasions as it is ideally situated in a quiet street close to Wilhelmshöhe station. The breakfast is always excellent and we also enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the Kassel travel card supplied by the hotel makes sightseeing easy. Bis bald!

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, however I found it a bit too sweet. There was also pancakes and waffles and pizza The location is perfect across the station

The hot water takes a long time to start in the taps and no hot water kettle or tea in room

The room size and interior are great with Amenities and location.

Aie conditioning could be useful in summer and washroom could be a little bigger.

I wish the tourist tax was added to the initial bill. Breakfast, if not included, is very expensive

Friendly staff and a well equipped gym. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was good.

Gym could be cleaned more frequently and lighting and mirrors should be adapted. It is challenging to see if you are doing the exercises right. Complementary water should be handed out upon arrival as voucher was hidden deep in the key envelope
