I really liked the location; it was one of the best possible locations. The breakfast was also okay and tasted good. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had a nice view.

According to the price, I've been in really better hotels, but otherwise, it was a good hotel. It was a little old but clean.

Excellent location -- walkable to the city centre. The room was perfect for a single person. The breakfast was very nice and affordable. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Absence of staff after certain hours in the evening. I thought a hotel would always have staff at the reception counter. However, the staff were reachable over phone.

The location is excellent. It is right at the center of the city just a few mins walk from the station as well as from all major tourist attractions like Friedrichsplatz, Orangerie, Markthalle and Grimmwelt. There are lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location excellent in the centre of town. Good range of restaurants within a few yards and under ten minutes walk to the Park and Orangerie. Integral garage was very useful, but space is limited, I have a small car and that only just fitted. Good wfii, easy to access. There is a marvellous fish tank in reception. I never had to wait there for anything, but it would make a wait a pleasure!

The hotel itself is showing its age a bit. In the first room I was given, the radiator controls were broken and heat was full blast on a warm evening. However, I was quickly relocated by helpful reception staff.

Friendly Staff, ideal location in the center, close to the theater. We loved the breakfast with plenty of choice. The coffee was wonderful. We appreciated the fresh fruits.

There was unfortunately no parking available anymoren.

- Reception area was a bit drab - No lounge area - No staff on site at various times. Need to keep outside door code with you for these occasions.

Accessible to alot of shops and restaurants

Our room had a faulty kettle told front desk and was told they didn't have another and they will go up and check it. Also to try and put the light on while trying to use the kettle that sometimes gets the kettle working that didn't work either
