If you dont mind sleeping separately as a couple(we didn't) it has absolutely everything you could wish for. A nice and clean bathroom, compact but fully equipped kitchenette, very comfortable beds and everywhere was spotlessly clean. I was so happy to see our room being so spacious even with the cot for our baby. If you don't have groceries to prepare food, kaufland is a short walking distance. Carparking was so convenient and safe.

I liked everything but i have a suggestion. When a family with a kid books a room requesting a cot, it would be practical to place them in the rooms downstairs or straight access. (When there is no elevator) This means they have extra bags for baby necessities and a stroller. In such a situation climbing stairs with a baby, bags and a stroller is not so comfortable...to put it lightly. It takes a parent to understand the needs of families... but this should be a common consideration in all accomodations where can be made possible. Thank you for all other facilities and cleanliness you offer.

The kitchenette was charming and included a toaster, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, and hot plate. The shower functioned well. The maintenance guys and cleaners were very helpful. The room was quiet enough. The location was ideal for me: within walking distance of the main train station, university, grocery store and a nice river-side park where I saw cool birds such as hawks and a Eurasian jay. There was free tea, free instant coffee, free sugar, even free biscuits to dip in the tea. Ear plugs were provided although I did not use them. Bedding and towels were provided. Check-in was pretty smooth.

Checkout was confusing. When I reserved the room, the booking said that checkout was 11 am- I asked via the booking website whether I could store my luggage for an hour after checkout and was sent a message saying that that would be fine. When checkout time came, there was no checkout procedure (the door uses a code- no keys to turn in, the reception desk was empty, and no one had been notified about my request from the website). However the cleaners let me store my luggage in a locked room for an hour, so everything worked out fine. The room did not have shampoo or body wash, which surprised me, although it was not a big deal since a grocery store was close by. It was not as clean as some other hotel rooms, although it was not dirty- it was an okay level of cleanness.

It was very clean and comfortable. Despite being next to a large road it was not loud and they supplied ear plugs for free, just in case.

They gave us the wrong code for the front door on arrival, but I guess this can happen (looked like a typo). Fortunately there is a hotline to call in case of a problem with the doorcodes. The mosquito net to get out onto the balcony was hard to figure out. A hint on how to operate it would help, as the obvious solution was not the right one. We were traveling with 2 parents and 3 children. The tableware is only for 4, so we were a bit short on tableware.

Friendly and helpful staff. We highly appreciated the warm welcome and the information we received upon arrival. Easy access from the main road where we were lucky to find a perfect parking spot very close to the entrance. Good kitchen for light cooking. Good and comfortable bathroom. The bed was perfectly fine.

The TV was poorly placed making the viewing angle less optimal. We moved the chairs and got an acceptable setup. The corridor lighting fixture rumbled when closing our apartment door - we were worried that this would disturb our sleep, but all went well. Our apartment door rattled a bit (when closed), as it did not fit completely against the door frame sealing: a small piece of folded paper placed in between solved the problem.

There should go some money into the noise cancelling inside the building. Outside is not the problem (windows have great noice cancelling features). There were complimentary earplugs in our room, but it does not save everything. things in the room shook when neighbours above us have just walked in their room. Through the entrance door in our appartment we could also hear everything happening in the hall (thankfully it was not a busy weekend in the appartmentbuilding).

I like mini-appartments much more than regular hotels: there is more space and having a kitchen saves you to always go to restaurants. Here it was indeed like this, with a small but well organized kitchen. Additionally, you can park your car for free in the streets around the hotel, so it is perfect if you travel by car.

The hotel faces a quite busy road, so it can be a little noisy. In my case it was ok because we stayed over a bank holiday and weekend, with much less traffic than usual.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. The room was quite spacy with two rooms. The shower was clean. The beds were also quite comfortable. It was also nice to have a baby cot for free. Internet was also stable.

One room was quiet but another room on the street side was quite loud. Also, we could hear noize from the stairs and rooms above us. They provided ear plugs for free, and one really needs it. The baby cot did not have a matress.

The property is generous and very clean. It has a little kitchenette and a comfortably sized bathroom! We arrived late in the evening and were given an accesscode. It worked a treat! Very friendly staff replying to emails!

As it is alongside a main road you can hear some traffic, but nothing too bad really.

The staff was very friendly at check in, they also prepared a crib for our baby. It was quite easily reachable with a grocery store near by.

The room windows were facing the main road therefore it was very loud. We visited during a super warm night and needed to have some air from outside, as sadly there was no Aircon. Although ear plugs are provided, it was uncomfortable to sleep with open window. Recommending to check which direction are windows facing.

It was clean. The shower was excellent and lots of towels were provided. There was lots of space in the apartment. A large supermarket is a short walk away and there is on street parking around the apartment building.

Kitchen was a little small for 4 people. There was a 2 ring hob and a microwave for cooking.
