The staff were so polite and helpful. The hotel sits in a quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket close by. The mattress and bed were so comfortable. We did not try the food, but by walking past the breakfast area, it looked like a proper breakfast, unlike others in Europe.

The hotel would benefit from modernisation as the furniture and carpet are so outdated. However, the mattress and pillows were so good. Despite making efforts to make it accessible for wheelchair users, it did not feel like it, given the ramp they have is very steep, and I cannot imagine pushing a wheelchair up or even down. Access to the lift is via the steep ramp or by walking a few steps down, which also affects those with large suitcases who need to get to the lift.

First, the receptionist was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. She gave us so many details about the city, where to go and what to see. She gave us maps and even free of charge local communication tickets. The hotel looked lovely outside and inside.The room's size was impressive nice, bright, and clean and also the big beds. A really surprisingly was the balcony window we could fully open. Nice and cool room even if the temperature outside was high above 30 degrees. The beds were very comfy, with two big pillows. On the desk, set of supplies to make cap of tea or coffee. The bathroom was clean, equipped with a hairdryer, a box of tissues, and all the stuff it was supposed to be in the bathroom. The hotel had a big paid car park. The hotel is situated in a short distance from the motorway.

The car park charge was quite high, €8 per day. If you stay longer, it makes a large amount. In the bathroom, the small mirror was broken.

Great location for easy access to the motorway, perfect for overnight stop overs. Very welcoming, no fuss approach, helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Some of the restaurant staff at breakfast did not speak english. Duvets are very small, however an extra duvet was provided upon request.

I traveled with my wife and three kids (ages 7, 4, and 4). We only needed one executive room since each room had two double beds, which would have been sufficient for us. However, the booking system required us to reserve and pat for two rooms

The remote to the TV in room 024 didn't work even after stephan gave me new batteries to swap. I also suspect dieseltheft during the night on the front, payed, gated parking lot. I was promised an update after camera review nut was never contacted again.

It was your standard Windham chain hotel. Good buffet breakfast. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

It was a little challenging to find and parking area for checking in was small and hard to navigate. You had to check in before you could get a ticket to activate the gate for over night parking

Paid parking

Very quiet and friendly. The property is not new - but I must say that the price for staying is very reasonably and therefore price/value is high so the stay is rated high. Used the place as a stop over and is absolutely great for this.

I chose this hotel as a stop on a road trip from south Germany to north. As it is right next to the A7 motorway, it was only a small detour from my route. The hotel is very well organized. The room was very quiet and clean. Bathroom was fully functional, even though it is an old building. There is a huge parking lot available. Breakfast was standard, but tasty.
