Location is really in the middle of nature, really close to wilhelmshöhe. Staff was really friendly, we did arrive later than check in time and they give instruction how to self check in. Breakfast was nice, they have almost everything you need.

Pillow in the room is really not comfortable in my opinion

This is a nice hotel in the suburbs of Kassel. Very quiet location.

We had a very hot weekend, and unfortunately, there was no a/c. We could open the window in the evening, which gave a little breeze from the hills.

water pressure is very strong that makes me feel I’m wasting water 😂

It was very cold the day we came (16 degrees c), a little bit warmer next day, but still, not very cosy☹

Very helpful staff, made sure our short stay was filled with activity, not a minute was wasted.

Good value for money

It was very easy to find, there were just enought parking spaces, but you have also the possibility to park on the road which is also free. Very silent, no street noise during day or night. Breakfast was okay, you can also eat on the restaurant terrace which is very spacious. Room was ok, we had a terrace that had a good view over the street and the city. For a weekend getaway it was enough.

It was clean, but only on the surface. I would recommend to get more attention to the detail as those small points could make a difference. Our TV had a big white dried spot on it and it wasn't pleasing too see and we could only wonder what was that and why it was still there.. The bathroom was also overall clean but there were still some hairs left under the toilet seat, probably left from the previous visitor. .

Location is in a very quiet location close to the forest.

The mattresses are a little bit hard.
