Very friendly receptionist. Modernized hotel in a building with an interesting, rather old architecture and design. Big, quiet and cozy room. Short walking distance to the vocational school close by.

The bed was a bit too hard for me. I don't mind walking, but take into account that it takes at least 30 min from the train station to walk to the hotel (which is located in a part of the city with almost no activity in the evening).

The hotel is better that one can expect according to the rating in Booking.com. Room was clean, and breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

The carpet cover on the floor needs changing. Since the Japanese restaurant is in the hotel, there is a specific Asian food smell in the lobby. The hotel is located quite far from the city center.

Chinese-run hotel. Excellent Chinese cuisine on site. Free, convenient parking. Very good location, on the main road.

Breakfast is the same every day, not very varied and calculated set. Tiring during a longer stay. My room was cold and smelly damp. Cleaning once a week or on request.

The staff really tried to help, it was just an very old building that requires alot of maintenance.

The description of what is included is not very accurate. There is no fridge in the rooms, which was a very big disappointment. The carpets are old, dirty and smell. I am not even sure what the smell in the rooms is? The building is in need of alot of maintenance. The Wifi was terrible to non existent.

Location was bad, very run down area. No facilities around so we had only the hotel restaurant to eat in.

The hotel owner asked me to pay for the room, and when we've realised, that the bill has been already payed to "Booking.com" refuses to give me my money back - "you should get it from Booking.com". 2. I've asked for ordering the taxi, but it was not arranged for the morning 3. The interior fitting / decoration done without care on details - if you look closer on anything - you see defects, gaps, lack of painting in the corners and so on.
