The location was perfect as only a short distance from the museums I wished to visit. In the morning I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of the breakfast. Great coffee also! The staff were efficient and friendly, very hospitable. This little gem is worth a stay as it is reasonable priced with some delightful interior aesthetics. The light and airy breakfast room was warm and well laid out as the different guests ate. The guests were kind and friendly as the setting outside the window changed; the snowy drift and the tram provided another point of interest.

I think a small evening meal would be welcomed, just one or two main dishes which might benefit some guests. Although this would not prevent a return stay.

Great accommodation, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and is available from 6:30, which is great if you have to leave early. There are good restaurants in the area, which the hotel also recommends. We tried the restaurant Kroatia, where the food was excellent. Parking is right next to the entrance.

Big surprise in a small, not so popular town. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, large working table, good WiFi and a big, clean bathroom. Breakfast in a room with great view outside, lots of local food.

Finding the entrance was a bit tricky, as it is hidden on the back side of the building.

This B&B is clean, comfortable and shows design elements of the Bauhaus. Booking and online guest registration were very easy. The very clean and renovated double room we got was larger than average with a king size bed, a sofa, table, 2 chairs, a desk and a flat screen. This is hotel standard. Breakfast is very good, so we did not regret the 16€ extra charge. Street parking is available, some of it timely limited during the day. This B&B is highly recommended.

For a longer stay you might want a mini bar fridge for cooling some drinks or food. The rooms do not provide that. For 2 nights we did not miss it.

A good place to stay. It was easy to check in and out. We liked the design. The room had everything we needed, it was very spacious and comfortable, and we got a delicious breakfast. We recommend it for accommodation.

There was a smell of cigarettes in the room

Very nice atmosphere with Bauhaus-style décor and friendly staff. My room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast room had a lovely view with a great breakfast.

Not the fault of the hotel, but Google Maps doesn’t have any of the local transport for Dessau. The hotel can be reached easily from the train station by tram 1 or bus 1, getting out at stop Am Alten Wasserturm.

so warm and smiling reception you feel like home the room was great - spacious and in a good bauhause taste. and a breakfast was fantastic. Walking distance to the city center will all the attractions...

It is such a cosy atmosphere, pension is at the 3rd floor, rooms are cosy, club room is on the 4th floor. You can reed, talk, play or go for a smoke there. Coffee and tee are free of charge and available at all times. And most important for us-dogs are welcome and get a complementary snack from frendly reception. And breakfast is really good! I highly recomend this place.

A nice surprise, to see such a modern concept in a typical GDR environment. Bauhaus-reminiscences everywhere, and a very clean and sorted concept. Nice and friendly team, quite, perfect parking in front. A reason to return. Connection to center is excellent - tram station 2min away.

Two separate beds without a chance to shift together. A small minus but acceptable.
