It was quiet and had a lovely view (at the end of the hallway), we specifically requested no one above us. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was free.

The sink is in the small bedroom [but I understand, as it is an older building], bottled water was not available until I asked, no one offered to help us carry our bags upstairs, and food was expensive [breakfast €18 and dinner €30 per person]. I thought the price for one night was rather high for no extra amenities [almost $200].

Excellent breakfast, with wide choice and quality up to our expectations. The Breakfast Room was very attractive, with framed photos from the hotel's and Bokel's history. We had a room with view over the lake, it was beautiful with the November sun mirrored in the lake. At the right time of the year, access to the lake is an obvious attraction. The staff was very friendly and seemingly attached to their place of work, which add up to a warm and wellcoming atmosphere. We had a good dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed a not so experienced, but very serviceminded attendance.

The hotel presents itself well, but surfaces and fittings looked a bit worn in places.

The location was very nice a quiet located by a lake. Perfect for a walk with your dog which you are allowed to bring. Dogs are also allowed in the restaurant and at breakfast! Its a good stop on the way to or from central Europe by car.

A minor disadvantage was that much of the breakfast items went empty fast so if you are planning on eating abit later, be prepared to not have a wide variety to choose from.

Super friendly staff, great location, good breakfast. The rooms at the back is preferable if there is a (wedding) party at the hotel. Tasty dinner.

The curtains had been left open while the sun heated the room all day (luckily we had brought our own fans so could get it cool relatively quickly)

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful environment, very kind and helpful stuff and amazing breakfast. The rooms are super clean and very stylish, and spacious, it was very comfortable. It’s dog friendly all the way through, which was very helpful. We stayed only for one night but really enjoyed it!

We counted on the restaurant when we booked, as this was a one-night stop during a long journey, but the day before they messaged us that the restaurant was going to be closed due to a wedding. However, they helped us book a table elsewhere.

We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was superb, excellent views across the lake and the room facilities were wonderful, with free standing bath and balcony etc.

The only complaint was the toilet paper wasn't soft enough, considering we were in a luxury suite.

The room was very spacious and had lovely balconys. The surrounding area was very calming and had a romantic lake view. Overall the whole facility and are was very clean and in good shape!

Just a minor point, but the bathroom could have been a bit better stuffed. Also the door to the bathroom and the closed were quite old and could be renewed.

The hotel was lovely and in a beautiful area. We had a room looking across the lake. The staff were professional and very attentive. All the food we had, breakfast and evening meals were exceptional and if a great quality

We only stayed one night during transit, but liked the location at the edge of a beautiful lake. Everything was comfortable and suited our needs for the night.

We stayed to short to observe more.

The room was beautiful, with a balcony looking out to nature.

The restaurant was closing quite early so we had to arrange dinner on the way there.
