The room was spotlessly clean and roomy...the bed was very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Staff spoke great English and were very helpful. The meals at the restaurant were exceptional, and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate! Free parking was a great bonus.

The door locks were old and tricky and caused much frustration when we couldn't get the door open to get inside out of the rain. The staff rushed to help us, though. They've ordered a new lock, but it will take 2 months to arrive.

Installation is good, comfortable bed, breakfast amazing, restaurant has really good food and tasty beer, everything works. Staff is very friendly and the region is very beautiful. I would return one day, we had good days there.

Water in the pool was cold and has no mini fridge in the room, we had some medication from my son that need to stay cold, but the staff was so nice with us and stored it in the fridge in the bar.

The stay was nearly perfect The only minor point was the poor wifi in the hotel room, but the wifi in the restaurant was excellent. Everything else on the property was excellent

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Synthetic mattress toppers. Decor is a bit dated.

The on-site micro brewery. The pool was also good and well managed. The room was a good size and had a balcony. Reception staff were very helpful.

Buffet breakfast not always topped up. Disappointing service in the restaurant when it was busy.

Room very nice with balcony, swimmingpool: little cold but privat with towels and shower, beer: hmmm loved it, breakfast: great with croissoints, eggs bacon, nice coffee, orange juice, fresh fruit and pudding.

Nice dinner, on site brewery with decent beers. Simple breakfast. Easy location for main road. Popular place, car park was full after dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean! Good and clear communication with the gentleman in reception over the phone for a very late checkin. And it worked very well. Very close to the highway and Hamburg, with no noises from the highway. We had two rooms. One was just great... and better pillows would have made it perfect.

the other room could have been better. Maybe too small with old / worn carpet (if I remember right). Room's smell was not very fresh. But we had a nice short stay and would defenietly come back again.

Perfect location, near to Hamburk, very nice countryside. Perfect restaurant with friendly prices.

WiFi not working on rooms in the evening, probably overloaded capacity, but it not allowed us to work, which is necessary for travelling businessmans.

Staff were friendly, great to have restaurant and bar facilities serving good food and bar. Nice to have a balcony overlooking the garden. It was nice and peaceful at night.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities.
