Mihriban Shala, the receptionist, was fantastic and was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Easy location to get to and from. Price advertised was a discount if booking through hotel website. My credit cards did not work, neither of them so I had to use Booking.com to make a reservation.

I lost my key card and was required to pay 250 Euros. I was not aware of this and when shown the policy it stated the charge was for two key cards. I was only issued one, so why 250 Euros? The supervisor had me speak with the manaqer and he told me the charge was not for the key cards, as was stated in the policy, but for the time taken by the supervisor. I doubt she will see any of this and the amount is ridiculous. The manager could take some customer service lessons from the receptionis.

Clean, quiet, and nicely decorated with a modern feel. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our dog’s bed too. Late check-in and early check-out were no problem at all, which made our stay even more convenient. The area felt very safe even for a late-night jog or walk with the dog. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall - a great experience.

The Hotel staff are very friendly & Helpful… The hotel room is Clean & Quiet. The breakfast was yummy & fresh bread is being served. We would recommend the Hotel to our Family & friends. We will be back again to the hotel on our next visit..👏👌

My only feedback is having two single duvets in a double room, as appose to a double duvet.

Brand new hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Free parking.

Wi-Fi quality was poor, it disconnected a lot and the signal strength was not good.

Very practical, new and very clean. All staff was very friendly and reflects the beauty of the hotel. Breakfast was yummy and outrageously fresh. We definitely will come back 😊

The modern look and feel great.

I arrived on Sunday checked in on the system but no WiFi code was supplied. All facilities were closed. The breakfast in the morning was very bad, burnt egg and a fly in the orange juice.

Clean, comfy, ok parking.

I had a late booking on a saturday but when i got there everything is closed. When i called im told that its impossible to book this late. It turns out that the hotel only informs about this in the automatic message you get AFTER booking, there is zero information about booking/check in time on the actual booking.com
