The hotel is in a great location - we have travelled from Poland to England and it was very convenient. The hotel has everything what you need if you traveling and want to have a break . It’s absolutely spotless. Big rooms - there is no air condition but even it was a hot day when we arrived - room was cool and had fans. There is big, safe car park and area for smoking . Within few hundred meters there is a great bakery , and few supermarkets . Amazing Greek restaurant - food is perfect . The hotel is great for his value and we will be staying here again .

The room was clean, all towels and soap present. Nothing missing for a basic good night sleep. Like in most German hotels we had to self check-in, so phoned the number - got the instructions from the receptionist in English, no problems.

We have checked in at 21:30, unfortunately there was no place to have a hot dinner, there's Penny supermarket about 300m away though, so if you're planning to arrive later than 22:00 don't expect to eat anywhere.

Spacious room and a large bathroom. Hotel in a quiet location. Parking in front of the hotel. My wife poorly and I needed hot water in the morning to make some herbal tea - there was not an electric kettle in the room. However, the staff found an electric kettle for me and handed it to me with a smile - I really appreciate.

All was ok, an ideal place for a night on my way from England to Poland.

This is not a holiday type of a hotel, but if you need a place to stay after a long drive, that's a place for you. Few km from the highway and very convenient for larger cars and vans. Late check in available. The staff is extremely helpful and that exceeded our expectations

No breakfast option. Reception staff did not speak English (but was super helpful anyway!)

We used the Hotel Kaiserhof as a over night stop for our journey from the Uk to Poland. Its wasn’t far from our route I think 7 mins off the motorway. Nice friendly staff, good sized room, and amazing shower gel. Also parking was provided which was very important as we were driving to Poland.

It was very clean and bathroom looked spotless The lady from reception provided kettle and tea without us even asking!

Bedding needs to be updated, strange pillows and covers in yellow colour (no stains and clean but didn’t look good …)

It was a good option if one travel by car. Free car parking and coffee machine during your stay:) The receptionist is very friendly and cooperative

Train connectivity is poor. I didn’t try the breakfast there so I can’t comment

Cheap and close to the motorway, both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was good for the price, the rooms were nice and clean. Also parking was good.

Perfect for an overnight stay during our trip. Good value for money Very convenient key boxes a nd parking spaces even for our van.. Definitely recommend
