Very good breakfast, although the food selection has diminished each of the last few years. Very friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room and at the reception. Excellent sauna. The lounge area is magnificent. Very good parking garage at the premises.

Second year round the reservation in the restaurant has not worked, despite having had a confirmation from the hotel. After having driven 1000 km to arrive at your hotel, we really wanted to have our dinner at the booked time. The staff in the Palio restaurant was not very friendly and helpful despite a few tables being empty. The airconditioning is not working properly in the rooms - unfortunately it was the same problem last year,

Super location very near the old town. The breakfast buffer was superior.

Upon arrival we had to change room due to a malfunctioning AC involving several of the lower floors. However, after getting a new room on the top level, we found, that barely no water was comming out of the shower head - probably yet a technical issue... Our total impression of this hotel is, that the 5th. star is a bit exaggerated in comparison to other very nice 4 star hotels we've visited.

Lovely building very nicely styled inside.lovey staff very welcoming nice clean rooms I have read reports of the 32 euros for breakfast being expensive .to be honest I found the quality of food to be exceptional and gladly pay that price anytime.you looking for 5 star hotel then this tick's All the boxes

Staff very friendly, nice buildings and nice courtyard restaurant serving great food. The cocktails were also top rate!

It was very hot (30+) and the ac didn’t work but they had provided a fan which was cooling the room when we arrived. Understand this sort of thing happens and was a minor issue.

Close to the city centre. Very nice hotel with a beautiful charm to it. Wonderful atmosphere! Easy parking and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff!

No elevator to the rooms on the top floor this because it’s an old building but I think it should be clear when you book. Extremely expensive to bring our dog. Have traveled around Europe with dogs for 15 years and this is the most we have ever paid to bring a dog. Luckily we only brought one dog on this trip because the rate was per dog per night.

Location on a few minutes walk from city center, nice romantic atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff

Given the price level you expect the service to be of a high level, in our case for example they had missed making our room, and the breakfats room is too small so we had to take breakfast on a low table in the lounge, nit really comfortable.

Good staff and characterful building an easy walk to the centre of Celle. Very quiet and excellent breakfasts.

nothing really - I asked to park car in underground garage because there was no free space at ground level - there was an event on - I was then charged for this which I found a little unsympathetic given what the weekend had cost and advised receptionist as much.
