We chose this location and Hotel as we wanted to stop half way through our journey. It was a quiet little village not too far from the A1 (1) motorway. Overall the hotel was good and the Breakfast was OK> Our evening meal was really very good.

I would not say there was anything that we didi not like. The only thing was a noise radiator in our room but we were able to turn this off as the roomed 2 and the other provided enough to keep us warm.

I love the location, the size of the hotel, the sheets were so soft , I love the linen. I was driving for hours and I had a really good rest to continue my trip. My little dog was well received, I was very happy with the staff.

May be the staff could of be a little bit more friendly.

Lovely village and hotel the centre of it. Nearby swimming lake in Westrittum. Spacious, simple, rooms. Good restaurant and plentiful breakfast

Knew in advance but stairs to rooms on first floor. Staff kindly helped with bags

The most picturesque and quaint place to stopover on your travels. Easy off the motorway.. good clean accommodation. Great food, drink, and service. There was lots to see nearby, and we would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Good breakfast, nice room, but fairly steep ascent. Excellent for a quiet night after a long drive with seriously delayed traffic around Hamburg. Comfortable bed.

Superbly located in a nature park with wonderful walks, megaliths and wildlife. Hotel has good parking and tasty selection on their menu.

Great location in Dötlingen, a historic city in the national park Wildeshauser Geest. Great starting point for walks in and near the village.

Nice, cosy hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant. Great food, great service. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was good.
