Close to the highway, so perfect stop on our journey back home. Big hotel and we were the only guest with another 2 people. Small rooms. Good breakfast.

Great location, very relaxed and in a park like environment. We stayed in rooms in one of the hotels buildnings a bit further in on the street, which worked great. Breakfast had everything we wanted. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well planned.

The double bed was 140 cm, a bit small for me and my husband. The pillows in our bed were way too soft, but in our kids single rooms the pillows were better, so it seems to vary a bit.

A very quiet and peaceful location within walking distance of good restaurants in town. The town itself has great history and facilities.

Nothing major, but service at breakfast could have been more attentive (e.g. proactively laying fresh tables)

Our room was nice and bright and of good size. An added bonus we had an outside patio area on the first floor. Our dog loved this area. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was fresh and clean. The shower was good and plenty of warm water.

I would like to have had two keys as we are two staying in the room.

The breakfast was very good (although not much variety from day to day) and the dining room attractive. When one of us had to leave early in the morning, they were very accommodating in providing an early breakfast. The grounds were also attractive. The room was a good size and with plenty of light.

The coffee/tea making facilities were in the hallway and often lacked coffee etc. We stayed for a week and the room was not cleaned during that time and we had to empty rubbish ourselves and request shampoo and soap replacements.

our room was cold, but it was fixed quite quickly and we even got free drinks. The only down side was that our floor was cold and we did not have any corridor to enter the room from the street so the floor got dirty

Stairs to rooms on first and second floor are very very steep and long. Designed for mountain goats. Ask for room on ground floor unless you feel adventurous😊

The beautiful, peaceful setting. The delightful garden. The staff were all great, providing drinks while we waited for our room (we were early), the great barbecue, the breakfast lady making us scrambled eggs for breakfast and our lovely fresh bedroom with its tree hight balcony.

Well shaded during the very hot days, good room and good free parking. The town was lovely. Dog friendly. Nice staff in the bar. Stayed on our way down to Luxembourg city.

The hotel is in a quiet and very green residential area close to a forest, but also within walking distance of downtown Wildeshausen (1 km?) which has plenty of eateries and restaurants. I had a nice meal in the hotel restaurant, which is small, but cosy.

I don't think all guests respect the no smoking signs.
