Good hotel for cyclist - it has options to secure bikes overnight in the lobby or in the underground garage. It also has a lift. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. A supermarket was right next door and the hotel is on the edge of the old city so there were plenty of nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh choices. The staff were vert welcoming and helpful. We'd stay again.

Our room was spotless, bed comfortable, wifi worked well. Outlets where needed. Heater worked super. Bike storage on first floor ( entry floor) Bonus it has elevator and outstanding breakfast.

Check in procedure is cumbersome with inputting codes. If you have a credit card without pin you can’t get in without reception being there. They are there limited hours.

Big modern hotel that looks like a block of flats. Entry through ground floor communal door. Reception on first floor. Receptionist, Michaela, was brilliant. Friendly, informative and helpful. The room big and clean with big double bed. Two single duvets! Shower room big and clean and shiny with very big shower cubicle with excellent shower. Plenty of hot water, good toiletries and good towels. Quiet. A few hundred yards from FOUR breweries; and shops and restaurants. Breakfast (extra) was good. WIFI good too. I liked it and would stay again.

Cleaners came into my room at 09:02! My fault I suppose for not putting the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door. Not keen on opaque toilet doors!

As in my previous stay here in March, the property is central and you can walk around very easily, it is very comfortable and very clean, breakfast was good and generally it is very good value for money. However I would like to say that my overall stay was exceptional due to the staff, from the lovely Reception ladies to the lovely Facilities lady who looked after me really well and did everything they could to make my stay as good as possible!!! A big Thank you to all of you and I would definitely stay there again!!! Valentini

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The property was within walking distance from everything you needed. The property was very clean and my room was very clean and comfortable and also had a lot of light.

I would have liked the facility to make a coffee in the room as I don’t eat breakfast and wake up quite early and again after 6pm when the coffee machine in the dinning room gets switched off. However, the first day I arrived after 6pm they very kindly switched the coffee machine back on for me to have a coffee I so desperately needed!!! :) Thank you so much!!!

The staff was welcoming us in front of the hotel. They were really nice and relaxed and explained everything to us. One person had to cancel on the same day before we arrived. The staff helped us and lowered the costs for the breakfast to compensate the extra reservation. Thank you very much! We will recommend the hotel and come again!

Very friendly staff who gave us good advice for our next bike trip to Ulm. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice, fresh fruit, good coffee, different sorts of bread and more. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks again for the warm welcome and the possibility to store our bikes inside for the night <3

Clean comfortable good location good shower comfortable bed, place to lock bike. Great price. We skipped breakfast. A pleasant staff member greeted us. Close to bahnhof.

Kept window closed due to noise of church bells and traffic...but it was not a problem on a cooler rainy Sunday night.
