We had an overnight stop here on our way back to the UK from Italy and had an absolutely lovely evening. The hotel is lovely and quaint, with wood panelling and features throughout. The two rooms we had were perfect for our needs and were really well equipped. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant however the guesthouse opposite was suggested and we had an absolutely superb meal there - highly recommended. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and we would definitely like to visit again with more chance to explore the local area.

Location very calm and very close to Ulm. 5 minutes of car and you're in the center of the city. Hotel very cozy and calm atmosphere. Parking in place free.

The room wasn't properly cleaned, the floor had quite lot of dust in corners, behind doors, under desk, like it wasn't properly vacuum cleaned after few clients. But if you don't roll on the floor you wouldn't notice (unfortunately kids would easily catch all the dirt around). Still bearable. All the rest clean and in order.

Lovely location with easy parking on site. Check in was efficient, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, modern with a king size bed, tea/coffee facility and a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. The bathroom had quality towels, a hairdryer and an excellent shower. Across the road was a restaurant which was exceptionally good. Breakfast at the hotel was superb with a good range of items offered buffet style. I have already booked my next stay with this hotel

There was good parking and a very kind receptionist who helped me to carry suitcase to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was nice and surely a good choice. I got extra tea in the night from the receptionist and she was very kind.

I would have liked a room on the ground floor due to difficulties to climb stairs, a health issue. Saturday breakfast time finishing at 10am is a bit too early, as usual it is extended longer in other hoels on the weekend. The shower door was broken and wouldn't close properly thus leaking water on the floor. There was a whole in the ceiling (contruction mishap with electricity wies visible) in the bathroom.

The hotel was a perfect stop during our drive through the Ulm area. The staff was very friendly and we were very satisfied. The price included access to the sauna as well as breakfast, so this was a tremendous value. Their breakfast was extremely good and the hotel provided everything necessary for using the sauna.

The only thing we didn't like was the pullout couch for two in our quadruple. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, but the mattress on the pullout couch was unfortunately not very flat and thus not comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is situated across the road from a venue selling very tasty meals, Being able to walk to dinner was really nice.

Under cover parking for my motorcycle would have been nice but at this point I'm being very picky. An elevator would have been an advantage but the old world feel that I really liked generally has some drawbacks and this was one and it wasn't a big disadvantage just something that would have been nice to have.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety with many healthy choices. We loved the greenhouse sitting area. The bedroom was very comfortable with excellent facilities. The location was also lovely. It was close to Ulm but quiet with lovely hiking trails nearby.

Gorgeous property. It was so quaint and cozy. The room was a decent size, and they set up a crib for us without us even requesting. I made a mistake and forgot to book for one extra day, the day before, and they were so accommodating on giving us an extra day with only a days notice. The breakfast was delicious and they set it up beautifully. There was a fire, Christmas tree and a beautiful nativity while we ate. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to the Christmas market in the city but it was 100% worth staying here and driving to the city. Was also really nice to have a hotel with a parking lot and not having to worry about parking at night. Would 100% recommend this to our friends and family.

We had a perfect stopover at this hotel just outside the center of Ulm with our three little children. In the afternoon, we visited the beautiful city of Ulm. The hotel was small, and it felt safe to put our children to bed and then enjoy a drink at the bar downstairs. The room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was delicious. It was the perfect stopover on our way to Austria.

Very friendly atmosphere with polite and helpful staff. It was quite humid, and a fan was provided for relief. A good sized shower room. Hot drinks facilities were available.

A small fridge and evening meals would have been useful. However, there was a very pleasant Biergarden literally across the road providing hot and cold meals and drinks, at a very reasonable price.
