Very close to city centre, c 25 mins walk or there is a tram line just outside (no noise). Reception staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel and room was superb, clean, quiet and warm. Easy parking.

Very good hotel for a short stay. Standard facilities in good condition. Really good impression of the staff - friendly and welcoming.

We were really happy about this property. The staff was really easy to communicate with and easygoing, despite the self check-in / check-out. We received clear communications about everything. Our room was clean, spacious and comfy

The location isn't super central but there is a tram stop right by the entrance which will take you downtown in few minutes. We had additional breakfast during our stay (12 euro per person) and considering that it's not included in the reservation, perhaps I would have expected a little bit more of variety. Nothing serious anyway and the quality was still good :-)

A cosy, clean and quiet place. It is near to the central part of the city, about 10 minutes with the public transport, and the tram stops some 50 meters from the hotel. There are five or six parking places in front of the building and parking was very easy. Check-in was contactless, but the host responded quickly to all our inquiries.

The staff was friendly, when I met them. I checked in online and in the evening took the key out of a safe box. Location was excellent for me.

There is no elevator in the building, I was on the top floor with unfortunatly heavy books in my suitcase. The bathroom is compact and has a low ceiling - be aware of your head! The shower had no door and is very small. Puddles on the floor were inevitable. There is mold starting in the ceiling of the bathroom, I was on the top floor. Carfeul of the walls, I hit my head above the bed and in the bathroom.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very welcome and had an excellent range of items. It is conveniently located. Just a 20 min walk to the town centre and a tram stop nearby straight to the main train station.

It was hot, so we needed the windows open. A few times we had people stop, chat and smoke outside our basement window.

The room was nice and clean, tall and spacious, and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and we had good indication to pick up the keys, as we arrived outside of the working hours. We had a good breakfast.

Finding a parking on the nearby streets is really a challenge, if the few parking spots from the hotel entrance are occupied.

My family and I stayed at this hotel 2 times this month. We were very satisfied with the convenient location of the hotel, clean rooms, daily room cleaning, fast Internet. We especially want to note the work of the reception staff, who always responded quickly to our requests. The staff is polite and friendly. We will be happy to come back again.

the hotel was very clean and the two rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable. the hotel staff were brilliant and very helpful! the receptionist was extremely helpful and made sure we were happy with our booking and recommended a lovely place to go and eat in the evening. We are British and my dad can speak a little bit of German, however the receptionist spoke extremely good English which was brilliant, it made everything ten times easier!

Just nothing to complain about. It was especially valuable for us that we could turn on the heating in the room despite the fact that it was the middle of May (the weather was bad) Regarding the location - about 20 minutes walk from the city center - for us it was not a problem, on the contrary, the opportunity to walk.
