The staff was friendly and helpful..
I wanted to rent a family room which was with 4 single beds. The website doesn't have a clear photo of how the rooms look. They have a photo with a room with 4 beds which was a sharing room. We are 2 adults and 2 children (6-11). I thought I would rent this room with 4 beds, but I was shocked to notice I rented one room with 3 beds and one bed was from another sharing room. The staff was helpful and they brought one cot for my 6 year old child to sleep in, for me not to go to sleep in the other room alone. But they charged me for another room without using the bed. I recommend looking well at the website that you rent.

Actually very new rooms and furnitures Nice shower inside the room. And I had the 4 room for myself :D. Really loved that. Right in the center. The minster is like 1 minute walk away!!
No kitchen or possibility to just stay and chill somewhere (downstairs is a restaurant/bar/cafe/coffee shop (they really sell coffee there not other things like in Amsterdam) but that doesn’t count as you have to pay to stay there BUT I knew that before so it’s a would be nice. Took like a half an hour before someone from the staff came and checked me in. Really bad!!! I asked some of the staff and she said she will come and then again. Lights did not work properly. Not in the bathroom and also not by the bed. Big light was working.

I liked the matress and the relatively big room with high celings.
The bathroom door was broken. The bathroom had a bad humid smell coming from the shower floor and no air circulation. The 4-bed women bedroom has windows to the very busy shopping str, which is Hirschstr. All noises and restaurant smells come in until 2 o'clock in the morning.

Perfect location, almost in front of the Catedral and city center. It is on walking distance from the train station, as well as supermarkets or other shopping points. There is everything that you need for a one-night stay, while the price you pay is unbeatable, compared to the other options. The rooms are sufficiently big, there are some regular beds and some bunk beds, so if you are lucky - you can get your preference. The inside bathroom and toilet is definitely a plus. At the basement there is a bar, but I didn't have a problem with the noise. The hostel is relatively high quality, compared to other that I have visited.
Nothing in particular. I would say that there may be an issue with lots of stairs, in case you have a big luggage. There is no regular reception, but the staff at the bar do it for you, so you cannot count on lobby or some similar services, that regular reception can offer.

Henry's Sleeping has a very low cost considering the place it's located in, it's a 10 minute Walk from Ulm´s train central, you can see the Ulm Münster while sitting in the outside tables which is a beautiful experience. It is in a very good location to go sight seeing and you can easily go to other tourist atractions in Ulm. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms clean, the food delicious and the Staff very nice, also the "Safe" they provide is a chest in which you can stow a big backpack which is very convenient if you travel with a lot of luggage as I did.
My only complaint is that the WiFi was very spotty in the room I was in (23), although I recommend you getting a Sim Card, for €10 you can get Data for the entire month and it will help you when you are somewhere without WiFi.

Location was beautiful, in the middle of the City. I stayed here for one night (had the afternoon and evening to spend here) and that was plenty of time to explore Ulm. Then when I got back I got to lay down in a comfortable bed and take a shower in a nice, big, clean shower.
If I were on a budget I would have liked a kitchen to make my own meals. Since I was here one night it wasn't a problem but for others it could be.

The room was great and very clean. The design inside and was fresh and modern with some comfy chair. There were plenty of sockets and charging ports. The bathroom was way above avarage in other places and full sized hotels.
- There was no air conditioning, meaning that in 30C we only have the option to open the window. As a result you have to listen to the contant chimes from the Cathedral (on every 15 minutes.... the whole night!) and there is no way for you to sleep well in such condition. - The blanket was waaaaay more thick than necessary in the summer and you are not using it. It was just there on the bed. Please use adequate blanket for the season - The pillow is huge and filled with featers. Literally 1m square pillow which you have to fold several times in order for it to take somekind of shape. In addition to the lovely sleepless night (thanks to the cathedral) I had neck pain on the next day.

The property was spacious, and it was certainly unique. These rooms were above a very trendy and delicious restaurant/bar and the food was reasonably priced. The location is BRILLIANT! It is in the absolute center, literally adjacent to the Ulmer Münster!
Everything was great. Older people should know that there is no elevator, so request a spot on the lowest floor!

Price, location, and mattress were great. Downstairs there is a Cafe with dining options. Close to cathedral (comes with early bell calls). Staircase - good for some light exercise.
There is room for improvement in term of bathroom: ceiling - it was moulded, requires immediate attention. shower sink - it could be unclogged more regularly.

The room was very clean and comfy, and there is a cafe just under the hostel serves delicious food. The hostel is very conveniently located, in the very heart of Ulm, close to all the main signts and the train station. Staff is very nice and welcoming, we enjoyed the trip very much.
Very much noise from the street (crowds of tourists and the church bell rings every 15 minutes except for from 12am to 8am), which is a drawback of being located in the very centre of Ulm. Take the earplugs with you if you are sensitive to noises.
