Friendly staff. Clean. Good restaurant on site. Free parking. Good value for single room with breakfast.

No glasses for water in room. No soap in shower... fortunately for me, I brought both.

Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good. We had a meal in the restaurant which was lovely.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would add the final extra touch to make this a superb place to stay.

We have stayed here several times before and were happy to come again. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The evening meal was excellent.

The breakfast buffet had less choice than it used to have.

Single room with 1.40m bed is a good combination if you are travelling alone. Uncomplicated check-in, lots of parking space. Restaurant knows how to handle single hotel guests, very organised, friendly, and again uncomplicated.

It was a very clean and beautiful room. Breakfast was also very good. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and I wanted to have dinner, but my family was sick and I couldn't go. Next time, I would like to have a treat here. It is close to Universal Studios and I would like to use it again. Staff ware very nice.

I am happy that there is a refrigerator.

The food in the restaurant was exceptional. Very reasonably priced and some of the best food we have eaten in many a year.

The room was located above a patio area where a group of people were drinking and making a little too much noise until late evening

Located in the town centre the restaurant was very popular. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. We parked our bikes right outside the front door and locked the bikes up there but there is parking out the back out of the way.

Large, comfortable, clean room. Excellent bed. Acceptable price. Breakfast menu basic, but good enough.

Not sure if this in every room. Shower box does not have shampoo dispenser, but it is located near the sink. So, if you want to get the shampoo, you have to squeeze it in your hand and than go to the shower box. Not really OK, especially if you are soaking wet...
