The room was very comfortable and quiet, the pillows exceptional (memory foam). The location is great, since you can arrive easily by car and explore the old town and the river banks of the Danube on foot; it is only a 10-15 min stroll to the old cathedral. Parking is available, although not always at the hotel premises. The staff was helpful and the breakfast entirely sufficient, even though not 5-star.

For this price range one cannot really expect more, it really is a very good hotel in a very good location. For something really luxurious you have to pay much more.

Hotel is located in Neu Ulm across the river from Ulm. Clean comfortable large room and comfy bed. We requested a quiet room and we were given a wonderful room to the rear of the hotel that was very quiet. The shower was great. There is a locked spacious room beneath the hotel for bike parking. Easy walk into old town and to the local.mall in Neu Ulm.

Personal preference was for a lighter color scheme - the room was decorated in very dark browns and dark greens. Otherwise everything was great.

Hotel location is excellent, 50 meters from the river bank with nice promenade. 10 minute walk to the city center. Hotel is pleasant, with super comfortable beds, and especially pillows! Breakfast is great and staff is friendly.

Parking may be troubling on workdays if the hotel is full

Lovely Italian speaking cleaning woman. Front desk the night we arrived was very helpful. Location great! Parking easy but we lucked out because of good timing. Very clean and calm. No complaints here

Just one person at the front desk was a bit curt and I had the feeling I was bothering her. She was a bit frazzled (with child). We were told we could have breakfast on the weekend until 10:30. We arrived at 10:20 and the one servie woman did not seem thrilled. That's a pain for us. Otherwise it was a lovely stay!!

Nice and clean, value for money, very close to the old center. We could park in their car park for free (limited spots).

Good price and nicely close to neu Ulm train station. Breakfast was also a very fair price. If you want a budget hotel it’s hard to find fault.
