My boss told me about this property prior to my arrival. I was a little apprehensive because he said the breakfast didn't meet his expectations, but I loved it. The property was at the perfect location where the restaurants were and the church. I was able to relax there too. I highly recommend it.

I did think the breakfast was great, but not for 19 euro. It was a nice spread, but for the money, I would've thought there would be more hot items. I am being picky, but that's my opinion. I still ate there and was pleased.

I am very upset as I was trying to do the payment from New York via South Africa. Payment got interrupted and I loaded it a second time. Only later I received the confirmation that first payment was successful and I actually paid twice. I immediately advised by email that it is a mistake and only supposed to be a booking for one room. I also informed on arrival that it was a duplicate payment and was promised it would be sorted. My staff requested on my return to South Africa and they were promptly informed we did a booking for 2 rooms and will not be refunded. My email is [email protected]

The picture was perfect! You can feel the love and care in this hotel! So many beautiful details that make it all come together: the Brazilian touches, the breakfast, the bird songs in the hallways, the furniture and wall paper. We were stunned! The rooms are equipped with very modern technology and they stimulate eco-friendly awareness. The beautiful center of Ulm (with the highest church tower in the world, beautiful houses next to the Donau and birthplace of Einstein) is very closeby. Our dog also had a lovely time in our spacious room. We highly recommend this place! We loved it so much that we are even curious about visiting Brazil one day!

Perfect Location in Neu Ulm. Only a short walk to cafes and restaurants and a 15min walk to get to the centre of Ulm. There are also buses close to the hotel to get you around. The Hotel was absolutely aesthetic with so much attention and love to detail. Our room had a little kitchenette with a fridge and everything else you might need. There's also a small gym in the hotel and breakfast is available as well. This was a perfect stay and we will definitely book this place again next year!

The location, the cleanliness and quite. The breakfast was okay. Free coffee and tea through out your stay at the reception area. I would recommend parking at the Parkhaus Südstadtbogen car park. Lots of space and cheaper - only 3 to 4 mins walk from the hotel but half the costs. Heating was good, lift was just next to the room but you don't hear any noises... 😊👍. 8 mins walk to the shopping mall. 15 - 20 mins walk into the centre of town.

The water pressure in the shower could be alot stronger.

The personnel were extremely nice and helpful. The corridors have jungle wallpapers and bird tweets from the speakers such that you feel as if you were walking through a jungle, which was super nice. The room is generously big and has almost everything inside, from coffee machine to cutlery, even a swing! The TV was super new and it was the first hotel that I saw allowing you to connect to YouTube. At the reception, you can enjoy Brazilian snack food or drinks. Hot drinks are free of charge. There are free parking spots around the hotel, which allows you to park either for 2 hours during the day, or free overnight parking. However, you need to take the car away again in the morning.

The hotel charges you ~17 Euro for parking. I wish the prices were lower.

Thank you for being pet friendly and so nice and friendly in general 🥰 Our stay was absolutely comfortable and cosy. The district where the hotel is situated is very quiet, yet super easy to get to with bus or train. There are lots of bakeries, coffee shops, a shopping centre and supermarkets around. The room exceeded our expectations: cosy, clean with a comfortable bed and a nice little kitchen.

Thanks to Manu we had the best time ever! She cared so much for us, it was unbelievable. Not only at check in but also later at the bar. She knew I loved coxinha and even though we were gone until half an hour before the bar closed she saved some for me! Thanks so much Manu! It was a pleasure meeting you! The apartment itself is super well thought out and I was super impressed by the design and looks. It was stunning in functionality and beauty. I can only recommend staying at the Rioca! It was a truly magical experience. We'll be back!

I arrived from the airport late at night, and the self check-in was easy and smooth. Everything in the hotel was perfect - starting from the design, to the unlimited hot drinks, the breakfast, the soft bed and the cleaning services. The room I ordered was nothing short of spectacular. I was deeply impressed with the exceptional staff, in particular Pedro and Lola, who were very kind and provided marvelous service. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and I hope to comeback someday.

Nice modern style room with good facilities , good bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff, (especially Harry ), free coffee in the bar was a nice touch, Location not too far from centre of Neu Ulm.

Fluctuating room prices from 51 to 122 euros a night, expensive parking, room is very compact, clothes wardrobe very dark needs a light inside, no food available at the bar only snacks.
