The breakfast was excellent, we loved the personal touch of serving Brasilian food fit for the theme of the hotel. The room was lovely decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. Also, the caipirinhas are exactly as great as they claim. It was great to have an opportunity to wash laundry in the hotel. Although the hotel is not right in the center, it is within walking distance and there are also bus and train connections easily reachable. The location was quite convenient for us and nicely quiet even during the July celebrations.

It was a bit hard to figure out how to select a program that really dries the clothes when using the drying machine.

This is really a unique hotel. The Brazilian vibe is all around. You can see it in the design of the lobby, corridors, rooms. Overall the atmosphere in the hotel is excellent and relaxing. We have spent 3 days there with family (2 smaller kids) and this was our HQ to visit Legoland. Let's see what were the good things: - They have an online pre check in (quite OK) but we did it at the reception where staff was really kind and helpful. All staff in the hotel are really nice and in a natural and honest way. - The rooms are average size, but due to a perfect interior design you have everything you need. A lot of places to store clothes, luggage, other staff. A small but very well equipped kitchen with microwave, large fridge and dishwasher. Also all equipment to cook a simple dinner and eat it in the room. Coffee machine with capsules. An eating corner suitable for 3-4 people. Air conditioning works but there is also a "french" balcony so you can let fresh air easily. Both curtains and sunshades to make the room dark if needed. Bathroom is spacious, lots of storage are for cosmetic staff and a nice walk in shower. - The rooms have a unique Brazilian style design with a lot of black colours but still it works, you feel well inside. There is even a hammock chair (mounted on the ceiling) in the room. - The cleanliness is perfect in the rooms and everywhere in the hotel. Cleaning is only every 3 days, due to sustainability. And this is very OK so. - Breakfast is also perfect, you have everything you need, good selection and quality. There are even some Brazilian specialities (very tasty). Good coffee and juices. - About location we do not have much experience as we arrived by car. The access by car was easy, things we visited (Legoland, restaurants, petrol station, grocery were all close by car) BTW there is a nice mall quite close. The neighbourhood is good, modern, looks like what it was build 1-2 years ago.

And yes there was a thing what made me give a lower score than maximum. And it is the bed. It is comfortable, but not for two persons. As it is only 140cm our sleep quality was not the best. I think for 2 persons 160cm wide bed should be a minimum. Probably a design choice as they wanted to fit in so much into a small room. And lastly not a negative thing, more comment, that free parking is not available at the hotel. Street spots are reserved for locals so technically it is a must to go into the underground garage of the hotel. 17EUR per day. But at least it is a good garage, even bigger cars fit. EV charging available. We heard that there is another cheaper parking option 200-300m away.

My boss told me about this property prior to my arrival. I was a little apprehensive because he said the breakfast didn't meet his expectations, but I loved it. The property was at the perfect location where the restaurants were and the church. I was able to relax there too. I highly recommend it.

I did think the breakfast was great, but not for 19 euro. It was a nice spread, but for the money, I would've thought there would be more hot items. I am being picky, but that's my opinion. I still ate there and was pleased.

Eventhough the studio was not so spacious, you did not notice it because of the well thought out layout. And we did not miss anything, it was so well equipped. Perfect for a night. We had dinner at the lovely Ulm centre. Which is within 10 minutes walking distance. Super, as we went there again the next day to have breakfast at the market .

The rate for breakfast was quite high, eur 19,50. Seeing the buffet only the rate equalled the breakfast buffets of luxurious hotels. So we choose to get fresh coffee, bread, croissants and fruit at the market.

Did not have breakfast as I had to leave early . Liked the theme .

I am very upset as I was trying to do the payment from New York via South Africa. Payment got interrupted and I loaded it a second time. Only later I received the confirmation that first payment was successful and I actually paid twice. I immediately advised by email that it is a mistake and only supposed to be a booking for one room. I also informed on arrival that it was a duplicate payment and was promised it would be sorted. My staff requested on my return to South Africa and they were promptly informed we did a booking for 2 rooms and will not be refunded. My email is [email protected]

A modern hotel in a quiet location within walking distance of the city center. The room/apartment was very clean and included a well-equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. Excellent value for money, especially by German standards. The breakfast was outstanding.

The double bed was too narrow for two people to sleep comfortably. There were no bedside lamps on either side, and one side was missing both a nightstand and a power socket. Parking was available, but the price was a bit high.

This hotel is very comfortable and has very nice breakfast (not many options but very tasty). Staff is very helpful and nice and hotel is situated in nice neighborhood, with shopping center not far away. I loved the birds sound in the hall as well as decoration overall the place.

We didn't have problems with parking, but if you are travelling by car I would suggest to contact the hotel and book a parking place in advance.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff, the facilities, the room and just the general laid back feeling. Totally affordable luxury. I was constantly saying to my husband, if I had a hotel I would do it exactly like this! They thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Kids loved the swings in the room.

We didn't have breakfast but from what we saw the options were a bit limited however I think this is normal in Germany.

Perfect Location in Neu Ulm. Only a short walk to cafes and restaurants and a 15min walk to get to the centre of Ulm. There are also buses close to the hotel to get you around. The Hotel was absolutely aesthetic with so much attention and love to detail. Our room had a little kitchenette with a fridge and everything else you might need. There's also a small gym in the hotel and breakfast is available as well. This was a perfect stay and we will definitely book this place again next year!

The location, the cleanliness and quite. The breakfast was okay. Free coffee and tea through out your stay at the reception area. I would recommend parking at the Parkhaus Südstadtbogen car park. Lots of space and cheaper - only 3 to 4 mins walk from the hotel but half the costs. Heating was good, lift was just next to the room but you don't hear any noises... 😊👍. 8 mins walk to the shopping mall. 15 - 20 mins walk into the centre of town.

The water pressure in the shower could be alot stronger.
