Very large family room, perfect for a short stay. The hotel is easy to reach by car and within walking distance from the Danube river and Ulm city center. Ulm is one of the oldest and most beautiful German cities, well worth a visit. You can walk to the city through a park, so all in all very convenient both for touristic purposes and also business travellers. Ample car park within the hotel compound.

The building where our room was located, was not the main building and didn't have an elevator. Bringing luggage for five people up the stairs is not ideal. Also, the hotel wifi wasn't connecting to the internet, which wasn't a major problem for us EU roaming guests, but could be an issue for travellers from other countries. However, this could just have been a temporary problem.

Very convenient and comfy but inexpensive accommodation not far from the centre of Ulm (lovely walk onto the city along the old fortifications) good value at this price. Very friendly staff too.

No problems at all

My room was clean and spacious for one person. The bathroom was also clean. I booked my room on the evening for the same night, and was able to check in at 20:00, you can choose your check in time. I liked that there was still a person at the reception.

There could be a small bottle of water in the room. It's the little things that make the difference.

Offered family rooms which is why we booked. Nice to have extra large room to fit the whole family. Restaurant on site offered a nice dinner and breakfast in the mornings.

Would have loved a kettle in the room.

The room was quite big with all the essentials. It was clean. The hotel was easy to find and there was a parking lot. The staff members were kind and helpful.

Big room with 4 twin beds plus extra cot. Nearby is Kaufland supermarket. Parking for free even after check out time. The Asian Receptionist lady was very friendly.

No electric kettle to make coffee or tea.

Perfect for a night's stay after a concert in the nearby Ratiopharm Arena. Room was very clean, modern and provided the bare necessities. Staff was friendly. I didn't check out the restaurant, so I cannot say anything about that.

at the time of stay the WIFI signal was not the best, but the management was aware of it and in contact with the provider.
