The location was fantastic, we had a room with a view over the Cathedral and the Donau. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. They also serve a very rich breakfast from 6:30am, which might be helpful if you are travelling and need to leave early in the morning.

It is a strange place, with some very nice details, such as the small lights that switch on when you leave the bed at the night, and then a bathroom sink made of hard plastic. Other features, too, seem to have seen better days.

Very nice room: large, clean, comfortable, smart, good facilities, excellent location directly on the river Danube, 10minutes walk along the Danube to the centre of Neu-Ulm, 15 minutes walk to the centre of Ulm. Excellent and very large breakfast buffet including with a wide choice of everything including fresh fruit salad and delicious cakes. Everything was fresh and good.

That there was no restaurant in the building or the neighbouring Edwin Scharff House.

We unfortunately only had one night at this hotel, but we wished we had longer. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The bar area and terrace were delightful in the sunshine. The location was the best thing of all- right on the river and only a short walk to the bridge taking you into the Old Town. We paid an extra 12 euros to park the car, but still found the rooms great value for what we paid.

The view over the Danube looking at the Cathedral was idyllic. The central location meant we could ramble around Ulm and had our choice of restaurants. The breakfast was extensive and good quality. Although showing some signs of age it is still highly recommended by me.

The room we were allocated wasn’t decorated to our taste but we were only there for one night. My wife liked the large bed with individual duvets.

Breakfast is great, may be the best I've ever had at a hotel. Location, convenient. Room spacious and comfortable.

The cushions on the bed appeared to be stuffed, but it was to soft for my liking, but not something that will keep me away from the hotel.

Welcome from staff, great location and room overlooked church and river. Breakfast was excellent and was very dog friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Room perhaps recently refurbished as bathroom door wouldn’t close, extractor fan stayed on for hours including throughout night. Room door had to be pushed very hard to close it.

We had a large room with a view over the park. The hotel is situated a short walk from the city centre, it is quiet and a large car park is nearby. The hotel put out a bed for our dog with some snacks! I thought this hotel was very good value for money.

From the second we arrived we felt so welcome. The gentleman on reception was excellent. The room was amazing with lots of little touches like lighting under the bedside tables if you needed to get up in the night. Would totally recommend.

The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The location is great to visit the city centre by foot via the river.

The room was quite hot and not well ventilated when we entered.
