We loved that the property was only about an 8 minute drive to/from Legoland and that breakfast was included. The family room we booked was actually larger than we anticipated, making it more than comfortable for our family of four. It was an extra bonus having a step stool in the bathroom for our smallest child. Kiosk check-in was very easy. The staff were very friendly during breakfast and checked-out.

There was construction in front of the hotel which blocked most of the street parking. The parking lots across the street had plenty of parking, we were just worried about if we had to pay. We couldn’t find a parking meter anywhere so we assumed parking was free. Grateful we didn’t get a ticket or towed.

Comfortable and clean room; Close to train station-so friendly for people with luggage and have to walk; Very friendly receptionist-a lovely young lady, very patient to provide suggestions and to explain general information; Great breakfast; Close to supermarket; Almost perfect! The room is same as showed online.

I get trouble with self check in as "-" i can not input on the machine. Door is a bit thin, as people walking by, or talk in corridor, you hear all.

The location was very convenient for Legoland. Breakfast had enough options and was good. Car park was quite near and even though there was construction in front of the hotel, it did not bother us much. We stayed during the weekend, so there was no noise and it was quiet. The room was of great size for our family of four.

There was no air conditioner in the room but they had provided a fan for the room so it was not that bad but had to keep our windows open during the night.

The location is perfect. Not far from the main station (about 2-3 minutes walking distance), groceries and pharmacies are nearby. The old town and diverse restaurants for dinner are also on walking distance. If you plan to go to Legoland by public transport or travelling to sightseeing the city, this is a totally perfect hotel! The room was spacious big, and the staff were very friendly and child friendly. We got one big bed and one bunk bed, but the kids are still able to run here and there! There are games in the hallway for the kids as well. Moreover, the breakfast was great! The kids love it!

Some mosquitoes are in the room, but they are managable with turning on the air conditioner. If you bring a stroller, you need to carry it since there are some small stairs to the room. Nevertheless, all of these are managable. :)

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the old town. The room only had a view of the roof of the next building, but it didn't bother us. Comfortable and clean rooms, quiet and good to sleep in. Roofed outdoor terrace for smokers. Play area for children. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff at the reception. We were very satisfied and would recommend it to others.

A great hotel within walking distance of the Historic Town and Railway Station. Being close to Legoland it is popular with families and in the communal area there is a selection of games and puzzles to amuse the children. The lady on Reception just wonderful, extremely helpful. Very child friendly and a great place to stay with good size rooms, a great selection at breakfast, and little extras thought of.

Loved it all

Very well located. Super close to LegoLand by car (just 8 min). Kind staff. Big room and all clean. The breakfast was excellent. There is free parking at 5 min walking. The center of the town with various restaurants are at 5 min walking too. Definitely if you want to go to LegoLand and stay nearby with a very good rate, this is the place.

Although it didn’t impact us at all, there is no lift, in case you are coming with baby pram.

very close to everywhere, clean, close to the train station, easy to reach everything.

There is a common room in front of the rooms. They put board game tables there. There is a lot of noise because some people eat their meals in that hall. Some families with children let their children play there. We were disturbed by the noise to sleep.

The place was very clean and modern. We went to legoland which is nearby. The breakfast is nice. Staff is very friendly. We really loved this Hotel. Parking is a little far due to construction in that street but we dont mind walking. It was really not a problem.

Breakfast was surprisingly great, rooms were cozy, practical, new and clean. Personnel was welcoming and friendly. Nothing more needed.

Parking was promised, but at the end there was none and I had to park on the street. But the parking fee was small and could be paid by an app.
