The staff are very friendly and the check in was easy. The room was modern and clean with a large shower and nice linen. Our son loved the built-in bunk bed. The breakfast was nice and we liked that you could order cooked eggs. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town and all the sights were only a short walk away.

We were in an attic room and you needed to walk up a set of curved stairs to access it, which may be an issue with people with large suitcases. The ceiling was also pitched so it was a little tight to walk along, and the low height of the sky lights made me a little nervous when they were open.

Clean room with good wifi connection, also good for working. Heating was turned on in the building to accommodate unseasonably cold weather which was fantastic. Great for a night's stay.

Very minor things, but why it's a 9 not a 10: Shower in the room was slightly cramped due to slanting ceiling of the building. Breakfast started just a bit too late for me at 7 am, as I had to get to the office by 8 am but still manageable. There was a strange frame around the bed which made propping myself up to read a bit uncomfortable.

Our second time in Hotel Neuthor. The front desk staff speaks perfect English. We stayed at the triple bedroom which was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was filling but the space was bit small so best to eat early in the morning. There is a garage parking few meters away and only paid 5 euros for an overnight stay.

The location is absolutely perfect: near the city center, yet in a quiet area. I also liked appreciated the cleanliness. The staff were also very helpful

Some extra storage space would be nice - for example some shelves to place clothes (i think there were some good options in the room where they could fit some shelves in addition to the clothes hanger It would also be nice to have a bigger breakfast area. On Saturday morning it was pretty busy with no free seats available

- Breakfast area can be full at peak hours, luckily the wait is not long thanks to the very helpful staff - Breakfast itself could be a little more extensive, so the food is good but not great

We had the family room on the top floor which had a cosy attic style. Our kids loved their ‘room’ which had a little pointed shape roof. Very cosy and cute. Parents bedroom very large with comfy beds. Bathroom was clean and efficient. Breakfast was great and offered a lot of choice.

We personally thought the pillows were too soft / small. But that’s personal taste.

Thank you Hotel Neuthor! Great location in Ulm with an underground car park about 50m away. Very friendly staff on reception, explained everything and provided a map with ideas for eating out. Rooms were as expected, no frills but everything you need. Bed was comfy (but not as comfy as the night before in Namur!) The shower was fine. Being located right in the city centre we could explore easily. The Minster is HUGE! Lots to see.

Lovely hotel next to the old walls of Ulm and within a short walk of the railway station. Quiet safe area and an easy pleasant walk through the old streets to the main square and the Munster. Very clean,well kept hotel and our room was perfect for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel again

The staff was always very friendly. The location is very close to the city center of Ulm, and it is also within walking distance of the main station (one stop by tram). There is nothing fancy about the hotel, but I enjoyed my stay there and I consider it excellent value for money.

There is nobody at the reception after 22:30. Also the room was a bit "scarce" (e.g. the desk rather small), but this was fine for me.

Fantastic little place. Great location, walking distance to everything in Ulm and the train station. Room was very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and had great views of the church and the rooftops. Breakfast was also really nice.

We loved everything about the property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
