The location is very good, very close to the central station and the city centre. Very modern and well equipped room, enough room for everything. The breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

There was only one chair in the room. Only one side of the bed had a night shelf, so the person sleeping on the other side had to have the stuff on the floor. The sliding door for the bathroom sometimes opened a bit.

Great location, right in the center, all the sights are within walking distance. Good service both at the reception and at breakfast. The rooms are well and professionally decorated, have everything you need. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is an underground guarded parking nearby, at a very affordable price and where you can easily park an SUV. It is even convenient. We stayed for one night and after checking out of the hotel, leaving the car in the parking lot, we calmly walked around the city.

A small hotel, but laid out very well. Upgraded room 👍👍- clean & well laid out. Helpful receptionist - speaking perfect English, advice on where to go/eat/see. & Parking. Breakfast had a good selection, & fresh.

Understandably, being a central city hotel, car parking could be an issue ...... we were on a motorbike, receptinist helped us park infront of the hotel 👍

On the way back of our trip we chose this hotel again and were very pleased again. Excellent location, polite staff, good breakfast, beautiful room with a nice view from the window. The hotel does not have its own parking, but that's even good. There is an underground guarded parking 50 meters away, where our SUV could easily fit. After checking out of the hotel, leaving the car in the parking lot, we could calmly walk around the city.

The staff are very friendly and the check in was easy. The room was modern and clean with a large shower and nice linen. Our son loved the built-in bunk bed. The breakfast was nice and we liked that you could order cooked eggs. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town and all the sights were only a short walk away.

We were in an attic room and you needed to walk up a set of curved stairs to access it, which may be an issue with people with large suitcases. The ceiling was also pitched so it was a little tight to walk along, and the low height of the sky lights made me a little nervous when they were open.

Location, comfortable room and bed, air conditioner that works well, very good breakfast and helpful staff.

First night housekeeping was nice and polite, second night housekeeping knocked on the door 8 am in the morning. She said “Entschuldigung, kommt später” with a paper on her hand and knocked on the neighbors room. (Does it say on the paper about the room is occupied? 🤔 or let’s give it a try knock??)

Clean room with good wifi connection, also good for working. Heating was turned on in the building to accommodate unseasonably cold weather which was fantastic. Great for a night's stay.

Very minor things, but why it's a 9 not a 10: Shower in the room was slightly cramped due to slanting ceiling of the building. Breakfast started just a bit too late for me at 7 am, as I had to get to the office by 8 am but still manageable. There was a strange frame around the bed which made propping myself up to read a bit uncomfortable.

The location was quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly. The location is excellent being very close to the centre of town. The aircon was a necessity in heatwave. Bike store available. Bed very comfortable, shower room very good.

There was an issue with WiFi but it was resolved. We had an attic room. The sloping ceilings were a bit tricky - there wasn’t much room to move.

Our second time in Hotel Neuthor. The front desk staff speaks perfect English. We stayed at the triple bedroom which was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was filling but the space was bit small so best to eat early in the morning. There is a garage parking few meters away and only paid 5 euros for an overnight stay.

The location is absolutely perfect: near the city center, yet in a quiet area. I also liked appreciated the cleanliness. The staff were also very helpful

Some extra storage space would be nice - for example some shelves to place clothes (i think there were some good options in the room where they could fit some shelves in addition to the clothes hanger It would also be nice to have a bigger breakfast area. On Saturday morning it was pretty busy with no free seats available
