Location was central, even though they do not have parking facilities, there was a parking facility nearby with reasonable rate (€26 for 2.5 days). Staff speaks excellent English and very friendly. I love that they have sauna facility which is much appreciated during such a cold weather. Breakfast was sumptuous spread, they offer freshly cooked scrambled eggs which we took on both mornings. Bathroom is spacious and clean. I was given a corner room as I asked for a quiet spot. I had great night sleep and the firm mattress helped as well. There is a huge farmers market on Saturday just a stone’s throw away from the hotel. I will definitely come back again next year.

- staff are particularly friendly, always trying to help - breakfast is clearly above average, with a a large and diverse selection, with eggs at you liking upon request - great central location - all equipments modern and confortable

- WIFI does not work well, impossible to work - rooms on the main road are extremely noisy when the windows are not closed - no A/C, room was hot - no minibar in the room, and bar of the hotel closed after 22h - far too much light coming from the glass window of the bathroom, was awake at 5h00

Clean, comfortable modern. Great location between old and new town and on cathedral square. Ulm is a lovely town and this is a great base to explore from. We took the train along the danube line and although the weather was only OK it was an enjoyable trip. The bed and shower were great. The beer in the bar was great and good price too.

The bathroom is so modern it has a sliding glass door and lacks privacy. There is no tea and coffee in the room, just water.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was great. the location downtown makes it easy to park and go.

Problem with being downtown, is that you have the city noises all night. It is a loud location. Parking: the traffic patterns suck whilst trying to get to the city parking.

Excellent location, modern facilities, clean location, and very pet friendly (even large dogs are welcome).

Complicated arrival by car, as the hotel has no parking. However, the adjected public parking is available, but for a a longer stay rather expensive. Furthermore, the rooms are relatively small, which could be an issue for larger families, but this is European standard especially in cities.

A very convenient hotel for a short stay in Ulm. The cathedral is right around the corner, the Rathaus also very close. Easy to reach from the railway station, by bus or on foot. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was quite all right, I was lucky to arrive early as there were some problems with seating later because of a birthday party .

Sensor control on the handwash basin. Extremely unpractical when you want to do something else than wash your hands, for example when shaving or brushing your teeth. Because you cannot control the amount of water coming from the tap, the result is that you use more water than you need and it splashes all around.

Really big modern room with A/C, comfortable firm bed, big bathroom with lots of space to spread out and a terrific shower. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. There was a Spa but we arrived too late to try it.

The spa closed very early.

Modern hotel. In the city center. Nice breakfast. We stayed at room 601 which was actually a studio rather than a standard room. This made our stay even more pleasant [even though we had to take the stairs from the 5th floor in order to get to our room]. Pleasant and helpful staff.
