Family run modern hotel. We booked last minute as a stop over on our way to the Alps - this one was very convenient as it had a 24 hour reception (we were driving and arriving late) and secure parking under the hotel. It looks basic and was very cheap (we booked the budget rooms) but the beds were very comfortable, the windows open so no need for noisy dry A/C and we all slept really well. The rooms were spotless, the showers solid and powerful (we all came out saying ‘now we are in Germany!) and the staff were very friendly. We added breakfast and felt very confident that they could accommodate our son’s nut allergy. A short walk to the scenic old tòwn in the morning before continuing our journey. Will definitely be switching from our usual 4star chain for stop overs to try more like this.

We stayed at this hotel during our vacation for a short stay, and it was a fantastic choice! The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, close to downtown Ulm, making it easy to go shopping and enjoy the many great restaurants nearby. Another big plus was the very good parking spot, conveniently located close to and connected with the hotel, making arrival and departure hassle-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The hotel was perfectly located and within easy reach of the train station and attractions on foot. The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern and the breakfast was of excellent quality. We had an large 4 person room and particularly liked how spacious it was, it felt more like an apartment than a room! The best part though was both the efficiency and friendliness of every member of staff, from check in to departure we found everyone exceptional, the best in any hotel we've been to and we travel a lot. We had an issue with our room safe that developed a fault but because it couldn't be fixed until the next day, we were offered free beers by way of an apology, even though we didn't complain about the delay. The breakfast staff were superb and we were looked after by a lovely Ukrainian girl, whose name I didn't get, but who was so attentive and helpful and we were so impressed. We left feeling like we'd left a friend behind. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ulm. Vielen Dank an alle im Comfor Hotel Ulm 😊

My only small point was that we had a large 4 person room with a double bed and two pull down beds. As I am a tall person I found the pull down bed a bit uncomfortable, but this is as much down to me as the bed as it was otherwise good.

The room we rented was a triple, and it was huge. My partner and I had an entire en suite room upstairs to ourselves, and our traveling companion had the entire downstairs, which included a separate bath. The place was uncluttered, but had every necessity we needed for a one day stay. The location is within easy walking distance of the old city center, with the gothic cathedral. We encountered two different staff members working the front desk and they were both very friendly and helpful.

It's not that we did not like this feature, but it should be made known that the elevator does not go all the way up to the third floor. If you are on the third floor, you will be walking up a flight of stairs with your bags.

Very large clean room. Nice layout of room. Well presented. Underground car park available at decent rates. Good location for walking into city centre. Good value room. We liked it and would no hesitation in using it again. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was very busy and scrambled eggs, bacon etc were only available as 'personal request' items. Probably done to limit demand for these items. Our room overlooked a small path/alley at its side. A group of ladies were in this alley all night and were rather noisy. My wife has a very strong idea what they were doing. I shall leave it to your imagination. They didn't overly disturb us, but they were there, along with their gentleman 'friends'.

Friendly welcoming staff, amazing at speaking English. Huge family room at top of hotel, super clean, 2 toilets! Great shower, hotel a very short 5 min walk to town square and cathedral. Hotel Reception staff were very helpful at finding an urgent taxi when we realised we needed to catch a train 20 mins late. Ulm is a busy town, full of shops. Though we only had 18 hours there, highlights included climbing the cathedral spire, wandering around Fisherman's quarter and a lovely dusk walk along the Danube (take bug spray)

The location was very convenient as we were looking for a place to stay over night during long trip by car. It is important that hotel has private parking garage (for 12€ per day) and a 24hour reception. The room was very clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and shower

It was strange as staff at the reception tried to offer us more expensive room (as the only left) even though it was still a couple of economy class rooms available in booking. Registration at the reception took another half an hour and we were exhausted and wanted to sleep badly. So just recommend to make reservation with booking, it’s much easier

Good hotel and you have an entrance into the hotel from the nearby parking garage and also at the front of the building. We had a family suite and they are big especially for how much you pay for it. Also these rooms come with air-conditioning which is rare in Germany, so that's a treat (and don't forget the sweets at the front desk..)

The family suites are not accessible by elevator. You can get to the second floor with the elevator but the family suites are mostly on third floor, and this floor is not accessible with elevator.

The room is spatious and clean with two toilettes. Great for a family, we had also a small space for kitchen. The staff was nice and friendly, The location is very close to the city centre.

There was a lot of noise during the night from neighbours, and other people were making noise in the corridors and on the street. I think it could be advisable to check the soundproofing of windows and doors

Family apartment with a double bed and two singles was really spacious, with plenty of room for 4 people and their luggage. Fans provided in both bedrooms. Safe parking underneath the hotel with direct access. Big and strong shower. Breakfast was great, with glutenfree and lactofree options provided on request. Walking distance to the centre and the riverside walk.
