Great member of staff that welcomed us during the afternoon shift! Helped us out with warming our babies’ milk bottles when our bottle heater gave out. Clean quiet and spacious room provided at the end of the hallway (away from the elevator) for our family of four. Free drinks till 22:00 in the foyer and pizza take out delivered to the downstairs seating area made for a memorable roadtrip waypoint during our vacation.

On-site charging point for an EV would be a great plus. Lots of superchargers close by though, so not a huge issue!

The hotel itself is quite nice: clean, comfortable, and well-appointed; and the staff is friendly and helpful. The coffee/tea/water bar (available until 22:00) is appreciated.

The hotel is located in a light industrial park, and there was a fair amount of noise in the parking and outside area, much of which made its way into the room. There isn't much around the hotel, certainly not withing walking distance, and most of Ulm is about seven or eight kilometers away. There is a tram stop relatively close, though.

The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of town, so you will need to drive for instance, to the nearest restaurant. The area the hotel is located in feels safe and there is ample car parking right behind the building. Check in was swift and friendly. This is a budget hotel and the rooms are fairly basic. However the room was very clean and the bed linen of a high quality. The bathroom was generous in size, but the towels were thin. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items. A nice touch is that tea, coffee and fruit juices are available complimentary all day. If you wish to eat in the evening, there are a selection of menus of local restaurants who will deliver to the hotel. Driving from the UK to Italy, my preferred route is via Germany and Austria. Ulm is a great place to stay overnight to break the journey.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. What I liked was the amenities offered, for example, fruit juice, tea, coffee, and drinking chocolate and fruit. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Good breakfast with a good choice. Ample parking spaces are available.

Sadly, the only drawback was that the Internet did not work on the first floor. The hotel staff were aware but could not do anything.

Free parking. Outside terrace was very pleasant. Great breakfast. Service from managers with drinks and advice was good. Tram to Stadt Mitte was excellent.

The bathroom towels are of a bit of a poor standard. Unusually warm at the moment, a fan would have helped.

Wel situated when looking for a place to stop-over. Clean, modern, decent breakfast, free parking space all add up to a pleasant experience. Would certainly return when I need a place to stay around Ulm.

After a long trip from Kent we were very warmly greeted by the chap on reception very friendly and helpful 😀, the room was huge and very clean and comfortable very close to motorway so easy to get to, breakfast was great

No coffee making facilities

The staff members were gracious and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent and the outdoor patio was an ideal spot to enjoy the company of others. Being able to walk to the tram proved to be an big benefit - allowing us to avoid a car rental while visiting Ulm.

Very nice small place. Good for layover during your trip. Tasty breakfast and fresh food. Very nice and polite staff. Especially young lady at the reception desk who speak very good English tried help me with the plug adapter. Big thank you. I will call in again if in the area.

Pity there is no food in the evening.

Good price quality rate. Clean hotel room. Enough space for your stuff. Hotel offers coffee, tea and water in the dining space. It is possible to eat there your ordered take away food. That is easy when you are on the road

-
