Breakfast was good

Self check in awful. Tried two tel numbers for assistance- no pick up! Luckily a member of staff happened to enter at same time and helped us. Location hard to find (lots of road closures). No nearby amenities

Good location – 20 minutes on foot to the city center or by tram, which is right next to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and bright. Friendly staff.

The rooms are a bit outdated in terms of furniture. The bathroom is in need of a complete renovation, as it is quite worn out. Our room faced the inner courtyard, where the main exhaust duct from the kitchen was located – it was very loud. In addition, someone in the courtyard was cutting metal from 9 PM onwards, which caused a lot of noise.

The location was good. Only 10 mins by foot to town. Breakfast was good. Shutters on windows were great. Easy non contact entrance and pick up off key card. 2 windows in the bedroom. Breakfast room very traditional and beautiful.

Bathroom is small but you can grt dressed in the bedroom as long as you remember to do the shutters.

- I could check in without talking to anyone. I got a code via email and just had to enter that at the backdoor where they deposited the keycard to my room. Great for introverted people who don't want to deal with other people after a long train ride. I didn't talk to anyone over my whole stay, which is great (obviously there's staff there and I could have asked them questions or made requests, it's not *that* kind of place, but it is great for introverted people). - The hotel is very close to a tram stop that takes you to the main station in about 5 minutes. - The room was cool even though i was pretty hot outside.

- When I opened the windows it was kind of noisy, even at night. Some of the other guests closed the doors very loudly as well. - There were windows directly across the street, which is always somewhat annoying for me.

Easy check in and parking in front of the hotel. The room was large and beds were comfortable. I enjoyed breakfast with its wide range of choices of salty and sweet food.

Surroundings not very interesting, looks like you are far from the city centre, in truth just a bunch of bus stops which can take just around the corner.

There was parking on site and it was quite close to the centre. There was also a tram stop very close by from where you can get a short ride into town.

It was slightly impersonal. My wife left a hat behind, she emailed the property, the response was very slow with an offer to collect! She emailed again offering to pay for postage but never got a response.

excellent breakfast - very well-presented, great morning service by friendly staff (thank you); automatic check-in worked well on arrival the evening before. Although hotel is outside the city centre, it is only a 20minute walk via pedestrian and cycle bridge over railway lines; parking is right outside and access from A8 motorway is simple.

the bathroom only fits one at a time - but that's fine

Location is fine, free parking in front of the hotel is a big plus. Self check-in.

Staff - we meet one receptionist/bartender in the morning and she was just quiet, pretty unfriendly/not welcoming vibe from her at all.

I paid for 3 person's however there was just one big bad. We sleep ok the bad was large enough for 2 adults and child. I didn't know till I arrived.

Comfortable hotel a bit outside the city center, perfect to park your car during your stay in Ulm. Good connection to the center with public transport (only in 10 minutes)

Check is done by a machine and it's a bit complicated.
