This hotel is perfect for 1-2 nights stay. Free parking in the yard under the house makes it possible to see your car from your room (we had 103). In front of the hotel there is a pizza making machine 24/24, food ready in abt. 15 min. A machine with drinks and snacks is on the hall of the first floor, on the same side of a big fridge with compartments (with keys) rentable for a returnable guarantee of 20 EUR after use. Staff very friendly, during reception hours. Check-in/out can be also made on an automatic machine. On weekdays, there is a bus near the hotel making a good connection to the city center, which is a must to visit (the Ulm-Dome: inside and climbing the tower, Danube Ufer, Rathaus etc).

As we arrived on May 9th, 2024 (religious holiday in Germany: Jesus Himmelfahrt), public transport didn't work as on working days. In the end we managed to go by car and were lucky enough to find a good underground parking very near the city center for an acceptable fee/half a day. Otherwise, there is nothing to criticize.

Good location - pretty easily accessible from the highway. New building and facilities. Clean. Self check in went well - there is a machine that hands out the keys. Coffee from the coffee machine (coins needed) as well as the pizza from the pizza machine in front of the building were pretty good.

The fridge (located in the common area) is only accessible if you get a key from the reception within working hours upon a deposit.

Breakfast was superb - everything was delicious. Location of the hotel is convenient if you travel by car (it's close to the highway) as well as the parking lot - it has a roof so my car was safe from snow. A lot of shops and fast food places are nearby (KFC, Burger King, Aldi across the street etc.) Hotel was very clean (my room and also the common spaces such as gym and snack room) and the staff was very warm,friendly and welcoming. Whenever I'm in Ulm again, definately coming back to the same hotel. 10/10

Great location, coffee from the machine pretty good (2€) too! Room was comfy and there was more than enough space for one and surfaces to lay your stuff and clothes on (sometimes one doesn't know where to put their stuff in a single room, but here at economy I got enough space).

I got a room facing the street and unfortunately it was quite noisy despite sleeping with the window closed. Otherwise everything perfect.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. The name mislead me! Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, friendly and helpful staff, and a decent fitness room as well. I will certainly recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is on a busy road, so there was notable traffic noise, especially due to the holiday.

Price/performance ratio is excellent - free parking and located within 30 min walk from city center (although 30 min for Ulm could be considered a lot by some). Room very functional, clean and all equipment worked as expected. Air conditioning worked well. Our room was relatively quiet even with an open window,

The location is relatively industrial near two large home improvement stores. The hotel is not the most luxurious one, but manages expectations well, and overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Single room was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. Decor very fresh and clean. There was an extra shared lounge area with vending machine which was useful. Receptionist was exceptionally helpful.

I was not keen on there being no staff there in the evening but encountered no problems including checking in with a machine - a friendly face on arrival would have been an improvement!

Nice Breakfast, clean facilities, location was not the best but the price was right.

Self-check in was tedious with 6 rooms under one reservation. I had to repeat the process 6 times and it took over 30 minutes.

What a delightful receptionist, very friendly and helpful. Good WiFi, free parking. We were happy with the location. Overall very happy with our stay.

The room was clean, the building is new, the common spaces are clean and nice

No WiFi in the room, I could hear everything from the street and the pillow was too big.
