Hotel is located 10 minutes by foot from the main train station, also is very close to Kaufland and petrol station. Personnel was very nice and helpful; also answering questions after I left the hotel on booking chat, what I find positive. Room was enough for my needs in a business trip, had a desk, chair and bed. Room was quiet and very warm (what I like personally). Breakfast was modest, but all I needed was available, was available early at 6:30 what I find positive, because had to leave early. Had free wifi.

A bottle of water, cup and kettle perhaps would be a good advantage; none ot these was present in the room.

I liked the location, close enough to Ulm to sight seeing, but far enough away to be relatively quiet in the evenings, the staff were very helpful and were always there if you needed them, I personally didn't have breakfast, but from what I saw it was very well catered for, would recommend for business colleagues 100%.

There was nothing I didn't like, I was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed as a traveler, there was breakfast available as well as coffee throughout the day if required, the rooms were cleaned each day and the location was great in my opinion.

Great location very close to motorway, surprisingly quiet given the traffic nearby. Clean and comfortable and a great breakfast. For the price really good value for money and will stay again. Parking outside was free and there are a few spaces.

Three of the bulbs in bathroom were broken. Basic shower. Reception closes at 8, not a problem for us as we arrived in good time but could be if you have to get key from a lock box

Breakfast was good. Building looks bit dull but the interior is comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was okay for me, 10min walk to the tram station. When I requested extra pillow, they brought it to me.

There was construction outside when I stayed there, which woke me up quite early in the mornings. For 2 days, I wanted to ask question/request extra pillow, but there was no one at the reception in the morning & I got back late so there was no one either. Only on the 3rd day did I finally manage to ask. One of the days, housekeeping only tidied my bathroom but not the bed.

We initially planned to stay just one night at Hotel Blaubeurer Tor in Ulm on June 17th, but the perfect location, the outstanding service, and especially the warm hospitality of Mr. Torchi at the reception convinced us to extend our stay until June 23rd. We're truly grateful for such a pleasant experience and look forward to returning in the future!

We were very impressed by the gentleman that runs the hotel. He was very courteous, friendly, offered to give us suggestions and recommendations for places. The hotel was sparkling clean! The breakfast buffet was the best that we have had in our week here with excellent coffee and even scrambled eggs and bacon. We were facing the Burger King and could see the top of the Ulmer Münster from our room. The best part was the gentleman that was running the hotel. He provided such outstanding service and made us feel very welcomed.

It can be a little noisy in the evening, but once the Burger King closed, it became quite quiet. There is no a/c, but he provided multiple fans for us, and we slept well.

Location and access to highway.

Didn't really bother me much the noise from the discoteche attached to the building and outside noise of people entering and exiting the club. Windows sealed off much of the noise.

Great Location, around a 15-20min walk to get into the centre of Ulm. There's also lots of public transport available. This Hotel is super basic and nothing fancy but has everything you need when exploring a city. Would definitely recommend.

Really good quality/price ratio. Simple room with no extras, but really clean and comfortable. The location is good, near there are a lot of shops, the city centre is a bit far for a walk.
