Super efficient - park in the garage, take your suitcase up to the room and: done. Reception vas efficient, we reserved a parking place (much needed - where else to park?). Beds were OK and the room was clean and practical. Just as the concept of B&B describes. Noting more (there are no extra's like water boiler, glasses, fridge or anything else... so: basic and very good for one night on the road. Some good dinner facilities around at walking distance, like a snack bar, pizza place and (the best) an American diner, next to the movie theatre.

We waited for a while in front of the entrance to the parking place, nobody answered...then we found the underground parking. But how to get in the first time? Nobody knows.... somehow the door to the underground garage opened after a while. And then you have to do some searching to the door to the hotel. For first timers a bit of an adventure.

The hotel was a 10 min walk from Neu-Ulm HBF it’s pretty convenient, and they allowed us to store our luggages before checking in. Facility was clean and comfortable, with sufficient heating.

the only thing that could’ve been improved were the breakfast timings - they start at 7:30am, it’s a little late for travellers who wanted to depart early to catch a train or to explore the city, especially in winter when the sun sets early.

It is a new hotel, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the linen is very clean. Breakfast is the same every morning but there are plenty of options. The coffee is very very good.

First of all, the carpet needs a deep cleaning because it is heavily loaded with dust that gets on everything in the room. Then it lacks finer things like toothbrush cups, needle and thread, slippers, etc. The room insulation is not the best, because I could hear the next door neighbour snoring. The garage access system needs to be upgraded because sometimes it doesn't recognize the access code and it is difficult to find a solution when there is no one at the reception. The reception staff needs some training. As we are not German speakers, we had a little difficulty making ourselves understood in English. We were overcharged due to the carelessness of the receptionist for which no solution was found other than a shrug. It's relatively expensive for what it offers.

The room was very clean and the hotel staff were really nice. I liked that it had convenient parking and was within walking distance to the city. I also liked that the entrance to the room was by a code. That's pretty convenient when you're with other people.

I can't think of any downsides.

Great location for a short overnight stay. Walking distance to the center to restaurants. Clean room. Easy access to the highway. Recommended option for travelers.

They made us park underground because the surface parking was supposed to be reserved, but in the end we realized the surface parking was almost empty.

A nice B&B Hotel. Very standard for the brand. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The free wifi worked well. The breakfast was very good with broad choice.

We could not get to the parking as the reception did not respond to the intercom at the gate so we had to park on the street. It was not a problem though.

We made a quick stop in Ulm, enroute to our destination. This B&B hotel was very suitable for this. It is quickly reachable from the highway and was comfortable. Price was reasonable.

The access system to enter the hotel (using the bedroom access code) was not working flawlessly.

Everything was clean and comfortable. I liked the Beverage vending machine at the Hall with chilled beers and sweets. Breakfast and coffee was really good, with some organic choices. Bed was really comfy.

The Parking fee is a bit high also the breakfast. Next time I would book with breakfast or go opposite to the Bakery , Parking should be free.

Central location with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable. I'd definitely stay again.

Being located between a busy main road and next to a large complex of student accommodation it is fairly loud. Having said that if the room's window is closed you can't hear any of the external noise.

Toegang tot de parking and the communication about this. You receive an email around 23u30 that the parking closes at 10u45. This is very infortenate. There seems no obvious reason to give access with the pin code. There were at least 3 other guests with the same problem.
