The walking route from central station to the hotel is under construction and might be unsafe at night

Clean and modern. Very close to Station and not too far from Ulm old town. Loved river parks,old town and had a lovely meal in Ulm. We were most impressed.

Bed uncomfortable for two people. Room a tad too small for two. Directions to apartment from the station could have been better. Ie Use footbridge at the end of platforms and head away from town gets you half way there. Gaining access could have been explained better with link to app provided in the e mail Building site next to accomodation noisy from 6.30 am and many of the access roads are under repair

It is very modern, clean. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Heating took a bit to heat the entire room, the first night was a bit cold. The rooms are not that big, but it works for a couple. We got to the site at night, and there was no reception nor receptionist. Check-in is self service but the machine is INSIDE the site, so you have to wait for a guest to casually go in or out so you can enter.

There are lot of buildings and the big road very close, because of this was noisy enough.

Nice small apartment to stay in for a couple of days. Nice and close to train station and tram/bus stop so very easy to get about from. The apartment was clean and well equipped for its size. You access the building via an app initially, and use this to print out key cards at a machine. This was very straightforward and meant you were able to arrive at your leisure. Was very impressed with our stay and would stay again if we were in Ulm.

The staff , Alan, is helpful and tackle problems is very efficiency.

A great one night stop. Great value for money. The rooms also contained a kitchenette with dishwasher! There is construction going on in the area, but you do not notice this inside the room.

I would like an employee at the front desk to welcome us and help us with the check in. But I understand the concept is no staff, low prices.

Bed was not comfortable.

The location is new, modernly furnished and equipped, with absolutely everything necessary. You can park in the underground of the building, for a fee.

It was a little difficult to check in, as there were no physical personnel to perform this service. The self check-in equipment at the entrance to the building did not work and in the end we called a contact number, where a person instructed us how to download an application for checking in. After several errors I finally succeeded.

The apartment is one room and with a bathroom but the space was well organised so it didn't feel cramped. The furniture was high quality. The instructions how to enter the property were clear and easy to follow.

There is some building work happening on property around the apartments at the moment, but they are only operating during the day and the noise is not significant.
