Very high tech and well equipped. Great sense of caring about the environment. Fantastic that all the locals were friendly and patient with non German speaking visitors. Links with the hotel was a blessing.

It's quite hard to locate because of the building work outside the main entrance blocking access by car. An apology was sent but only after we had arrived. Scarcity of real, human staff to help with check-in. Fortunately, a young German man checking in with his family was able to help us out. Similar tale with exiting the underground car park. The driver behind was very kind a patient while we tried to work out how to pay the fee.. He pointed out that we should have paid at the hotel reception. No harm., no foul.

The walking route from central station to the hotel is under construction and might be unsafe at night

Clean and modern. Very close to Station and not too far from Ulm old town. Loved river parks,old town and had a lovely meal in Ulm. We were most impressed.

Bed uncomfortable for two people. Room a tad too small for two. Directions to apartment from the station could have been better. Ie Use footbridge at the end of platforms and head away from town gets you half way there. Gaining access could have been explained better with link to app provided in the e mail Building site next to accomodation noisy from 6.30 am and many of the access roads are under repair

It is very modern, clean. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Heating took a bit to heat the entire room, the first night was a bit cold. The rooms are not that big, but it works for a couple. We got to the site at night, and there was no reception nor receptionist. Check-in is self service but the machine is INSIDE the site, so you have to wait for a guest to casually go in or out so you can enter.

There are lot of buildings and the big road very close, because of this was noisy enough.

Nice small apartment to stay in for a couple of days. Nice and close to train station and tram/bus stop so very easy to get about from. The apartment was clean and well equipped for its size. You access the building via an app initially, and use this to print out key cards at a machine. This was very straightforward and meant you were able to arrive at your leisure. Was very impressed with our stay and would stay again if we were in Ulm.

The location is quite good, 15 minutes by foot to the city centre. Very quiet place, not a single sound from the neighbours. Easy to check in and check out, without any staff. Direct access to the paid parking zone.

The curtains were with dirty lines on the reversed side. The outside area is under construction.

The staff , Alan, is helpful and tackle problems is very efficiency.

A great one night stop. Great value for money. The rooms also contained a kitchenette with dishwasher! There is construction going on in the area, but you do not notice this inside the room.

I would like an employee at the front desk to welcome us and help us with the check in. But I understand the concept is no staff, low prices.
