The property is set in a quiet location. The room, although fairly small, was clean and well-appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a small fridge. The breakfast was high-quality and varied, with excellent service (e.g., plates cleared quickly and food items re-supplied promptly). The staff were polite and helpful.

When we arrived, we were told that there were no more parking spaces. This was disappointing, as we had specifically booked this hotel because of reviews that had mentioned private parking. Since we were travelling back home, we didn't want to park on the street because our car was full of our belongings (which we didn't want to unpack for just one night). After some discussion, the receptionist agreed to let us park in one of the spaces allocated to the hotel in an adjacent underground secure car park (which appeared to belong to a block of flats). This was an excellent solution, for which we were very grateful, but potential guests should be aware that the hotel parking is limited.

The hotel was smaller than I was expecting, but it didn’t disappoint at all. Check in was efficient with the friendly receptionist offering a ‘welcome drink’, which was a lovely gesture after a long drive. This actually set the tone for my short stay. Everything was perfect. The rooms are furnished to a high quality and beautifully clean. Crisp white linen on the bed and quality towels. There was even an ‘honesty bar’ in the room at very reasonable prices, which is something you hardly see these days. Breakfast was superb and in my case was included in the room rate, but you wouldn’t want to miss it. There is parking at the front of the hotel and a limited number of spaces at the back in a garage. The location of the hotel is excellent, with only a short walk into the town centre to find a restaurant. Altogether I highly recommend this hotel which I will definitely be visiting again.

the location was great ,20 minutes walk into centre, bus stop 100m away frequent service.We also drove into town in 5 minutes and parked in the 1 of the many multi storey car parks whlch were cheap.Town was very busy struggled to find a restaurant need to book.Hotel staff were really great and ordered a takeaway for us. Bar/reception area very pleasant and delicious wines available. Excellent breakfast plenty to choose from and kept well stocked so no problem for latecomers .

The room was super clean. We liked small presents for the days in which we did not require room cleaning as well as complimentary first drink at the check-in. I like the fact that there was an additional bed for my kid. The breakfast was very rich and each morning there was something new - fruit, biscuits, salads etc. Ladies that worked during our check in and check out were very friendly and nice, as well as young cleaning lady. This small hotel was our perfect base for exploring Ulm, Legoland and its surrounding. We felt like at home and would like to come here again. Very good value for the money.

We were slightly worried about the working hours of reception (22 h) as usually the outdoor parking was full, and we had to get information in which garage to park by that hour. The lady responsible for the breakfast is very dedicated and hardworking, but I think there is a space for improvement of here communication skills (comments and tone - still this is hospitality industry).

The welcome from the hard working lady on reception was second to none. Wonderful after a long wet day on the bike. Parking is outside but close and in a quiet street. It was easy to find. The room was standard but comfortable and breakfast was excellent with a wide choice.

It’s a bit of a walk into town to eat in an evening but not unpleasant. The hotel were super helpful in offering us the opportunity to bring food in if we wanted or to get a delivery.

marvellous family run hotel in a quiet side street not far from the main town. Free parking outside. Friendly greeting with welcome drinks. Lift available for upper floors, lovely rooms with comfortable beds and great shower. The proprietor helped us with a taxi into Ulm to go out for dinner. The breakfast was outstanding- so much choice, fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay again.

the hotel has very good interior design, small but stylish. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, smaller selection compare to business hotels but good quality.

the location of the hotel is quiet in the midst of a residential area, which is a little far from the city center.

We felt really welcome at this hotel. Parking space was provided upon arrival and included in the price. This was the only hotel on our road trip that offered a welcome drink. We also liked the fact that you could take a sauna moment (included in the price) after your walk into the "Altstadt".

Bathroom was a little bit small, but everything was available.

The room was clean, comfortable beds, enough places to put stuff , fabulous. The receptionist was very friendly efficient and welcome drink was a nice touch. Also the breakfast is sooo good.

Not a big carpark but the receptionist was very accomadating and gave us a very convenient place for us as my husband was disabled.
