Charming room and hotel on the public square across from the Rathaus (City Hall). The location was perfect for a one-night stay as we travelled from Munich to Nurburg via the Romantic Road. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious with a window out on the square. There is an onsite restaurant, but unfortunately, we stayed on a Monday night when the restaurant is normally closed.

The only drawback was that there was no elevator. We had a lot of luggage we needed carry up two flights of a spiral staircase. We were grateful that the desk staff on duty helped us with luggage during check-in!

We got a room on the top floor with funny low ceiling (inner height was only 1.87 cm at a few places). 2nd floor, no elevator, but the beautiful staircase compensated for the climb. It was also unusual to bump into an architect's office across the corridor and some random building models scattered around. It was cute, though. The bed was super comfy, the room nice and cosy, The above average size (28 sqm!) was hidden in the extra large bathroom - there was plenty of space there. Everything spotlessly clean, a huge plus goes for the bluetooth enabled radio. The staff was kind, professional and helpful.

We arrived in the middle of a wedding, which (not being guests of the wedding) had some impact on our stay. Not that the participants were loud (actually quite the opposite), but because the restaurant was reserved for them exclusively, so we couldn't opt for a meal or drinks there and the makeshift breakfast was also served in a side room for the handful "regular" guests. That was a bit inconvenient - I'm sure it would have been way better organized in the restaurant.

The hotel is clean and modern. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated. My wife was even excited when she saw the Dyson style hair dryer. They took care of several little things that made the hotel feel high-end. The town itself is a huge selling point for me. It is a beautiful walled town that hasn't been fully commercialized. Do yourself a favor and get up early for a walk around the inside perimeter of the wall, it made the stay for me.

They do not have dedicated parking. The staff was helpful in explaining the options nearby, so it wasn't an issue.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite big and had all amenities we needed. We all had a good night's rest at the hotel. We arrived quite late but thanks to the staff we still were able to order a meal and drinks at the restaurant.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel perfectly located in the heart of the town. We was surprised of how pretty it is. The owner of the hotel is a great gentleman who accommodated us throughout our stay. It is a perfect place to conclude our holiday in Germany.

Everything is fine!

The breakfast was excellent and the staff most helpful. My room was outstanding as well. Location was great for all the things we wanted to do during our stay.

Really, everything was very good. The wifi in my room was intermittent but I was able to use my phone with no problem.

It is a great location for a relaxing nature side holiday. But the restaurant is a must-try. We had the most delicious dinner in our one-week holiday through the romantic road
