Within easy access of town and car parking is provided. Meals were again excellent and reasonably priced. Room was very well serviced.

We think the lift could receive some TLC as it is very noisy in places and screeches throughout the hotel. We also had issues with the lift door not closing properly on the ground floor so it could not be requested to another floor.

It was a beautiful historic building, with lovely dining room and a relaxing beer garden. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The food was amazing - rump steaks, potatoes and delicious starters, especially the fried camembert.

The automatic electra stopped when i leaved room and my e-bike stopped refillng but only 2 hours i where back from dinner in Emmerich and the reception gived me extra card to let in the card reader and the energy came back even when i were out and my 60 km return went well to my door with 2 full batterys

Very convenient to our trip to Arnhem. Eagles concert was on and finished late, plus driving away from the event meant it would be really late to travel, so this hotel was just round the corner (25 kms)

When we arrived late, at 1am,we had trouble with our key card

Great stay for one night. The staff was so kind. Reception id open until 23.00 which was not standard for the neighbourhood. Definitely value for money. Car park entrance is from the main road, free parking was helpful. Staff is very polite and smiling, not that you see in every hotel in Germany :)

No elevators if you have heavy luggage. But staff would be happy to help. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room looking to the garden.

Checking out early the only issue Was to get rid of the keys- no Concierge, reception closed, no letter box. We just left it in the room.

That they didn't have a 4- bed room anymore, but this was a late booking so not their Faultier. Also card payment is only possible from 20 Eur up.

Very good hotel with secure bicycle storage. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. A really good buffet breakfast. 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants etc.

Good location, close to town and station and a reasonable walk to promenade. Good parking. Room kept very clean.

No hot food for breakfast, toast and scrambled egg would be nice.

Shower too small, no air conditioning or ventilator in room (it was very hot when we were and without A/C or a fan it was impossible to sleep).

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, good shower. Stayed 1 night enroute to central Germany. Very convenient location for trains.
