Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. The 2 pillows were different, with one medium and one soft which was nice. Staff are super helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Excellent location, near to the airport and the expo (Stuttgart Messe) and only 15 mins drive to Stuttgart city. Good restaurant and bar, but also walking distance to some other eating places.

Slight downside was not having a fridge, which is a bit of a pain if you are staying for a few days. Also not providing face flannels is a shame.

The people at the front desk and in the restaurant in the morning were really friendly. Selection at the breakfast buffet was great. Location close to Stuttgart Airport (STR) was perfect.

When I arrived, there was no one there at the front desk. Had time to try to call the hotel two times (with no one picking up) before someone showed up to check me in. From someone showing up, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Getting in and out of the parking garage took a lot longer than I liked, because you need a chip to open the barrier or someone needs to let you in.

This hotel is located a couple of minutes of walking from the public transport stations, so you can reach the city centre easily and you dont have to worry about the parking in the city centre. If you come by car you can use a hotel garage parking for an extra charge of 10 eur, but it is ok to park next to the hotel at the public parking place. It was not easy to find a triple room almost in the middle of August, but this place accomodate all 3 of us, the room was spacious enough and we finally decided to stay 2 more nights. They serve tasty breakfast buffet - eggs, sausages, cheese, salami, croissants, yoghurt, fruit salad etc. etc. Rooms are perfectly clean and the staff is very helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel is about a 20euro taxi ride from the airport, maybe 10/15min. Its in the middle of some business park. So it ideal really for business people. It clean, welcoming, rooms are nice and breakfast is good

If you want to get into the city or anywhere really your going to need a car or taxi - it is not near any public transport that we could find or any other restaurants etc... its a business mans place and i think its probably good at that

Top class hospitality in this hotel. We arrived night time with baby, guy working in reception his name Herr Schweitzer met us, he provided top class hospitality, tea, coffee, sweets and balloons for baby, he helps us with parking night time is well. Breakfast was amazing and all staff smiley faces. We had a great time and we definitely come back again. Thank you guys well done!!!

Friendly and welcoming staff, who were quick to accommodate to our need for a late self-check-in. It was the second time I stayed in a BW hotel with my two children and like the previous stay, they excelled in dealing with their guests (young and old). We also had a good night’s sleep in a comfy bed, and we couldn’t hear any noise from the airport close by.

Check in was easy and the staff were really nice. They kept the kitchen open a bit later for our last guess to arrive which was much appreciated. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Parking was easy also. Everything you want after a long travel day!

Very friendly staff. Great location for the airport. Room was very comfortable. On arrival we were given a complimentary drink from the manager to welcome us.

There was no air conditioning but the manager gave us an electric fan and things were fine.

No air condition in the room (problematic in summer, the room was oriented to the south)
