Loved the breakfast, the bed was comfortable, rooms big enough and clean, in general hotel has the best location if you visit Stuttgart Messe area and Congess Centre, is close to the airport and the staff is nice.

The problem is, they have to have doors to automatically be closed because of the fire safety, however, these doors are closing heavily and they make a lot of noise, especially if someone who has room close to your room leaves at 5 am in the morning to get to the airport and they shut the door - the noise is so loud it will wake you up.

The food was great the selection is enough to satisfy and they have GLUTEN FREE options which very nice. The airport is close by so on foot about 10 minutes. Additionally we could manage to do a late checkin without any problems. The staff is very polite and friendly and speak fluently both english and german. Since I arrived for the Outworld 44 Klangkuesntler and Kobosil festival it was very convenient to arrive to Stuttgart messe. Would stop by here 100 for the festivals in the messe. The train connection is really close and takes directly to the city. So I do recommend if you plan to come on foot here. Bathroom has hairdryers and also there is a bathtub and minibar.

Liked it all. Maybe the TV-s are outdated and cant watch netflix but I had a spare hdmi cable. Walls are a bit thin, you hear people from the other side if they are very loudly watching the TV ( its because the TV is very closely mounted to the wall. But other than that id say its the best stay for the cash

Location, location, location! Even with an early morning departure it was an easy stroll to the terminal. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very helpful.

The bathtub/shower was elevated, requiring ungainly access, especially climbing down with possible wetness. Everything worked, just noticeably cramped. This was second recent hotel where you basically needed to shower in the corner of the stall with half the shower hanging open. For one night it was ok - a longer stay would be problematic.

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at for such an affordable price. The room had a comfortable and big bed, TV, desk, armchair, and even a children's room with a small bed for family trips. The bathroom was very clean and nice. Breakfast was included in the price and they really did serve a great breakfast and what's more, it was open until 10:30. It's a 5-minute walk to the airport. The staff were very kind and understanding. We stayed about 30 minutes longer than check-out time because we were packing our bags and they didn't mind. They said it's okay as long as you call next time and let us know you'll be late. In short, it's the most kind staff I've ever stayed at in Germany and the most affordable hotel despite being so close to the airport. We especially thank the gentleman at the reception who welcomed us for being patient and kind despite the large number of customers and the curly-haired lady at the reception when we left.

For example, you can put things like cotton buds for after showering, cotton wool for removing make-up, and toothbrushes in the bathroom.

I booked this hotel because it was an air conditioned room but the Air conditioner was barely working and when I went to the reception to complain at 9 pm I was told that the air conditioning is switched off from 9 pm, this was not what I paid for. Our family is used to sleeping with the ac so it was a sleepless night.

Location perfect for airport and easy on the door access to city centre. Lovely furnished large rooms of a high standard. Easy check in and the gentleman who checked us in was fantastic and ensured we had all info regarding restaurant opening, local trains etc. Friendly bar staff and spot on housekeeping staff.

When checking out the lady on reception kept asking for payment. We paid on arrival with a debit card but kept on going on about a credit card and held payment. Kept on showing her my bank statement to prove the money had came out but wasn't listening at all. This went on for ages until thankfully another member of staff intervened who actually knew what she was doing. We just made our connection by skin of our teeth because of this. Please ensure all staff know the difference between a debit card and credit card payment as if we had missed our connection due to this there would have been 6 extremely unhappy people, to make it worse she looked like a manager🤷‍♂️ other than that place was great

We stayed here for one night. The hotel met our expectations. We booked a double room, but got allocated a family room with four single beds so could toss a coin about which ones to use. The two TVs on the wall were a feature we never experienced before. The room (including bathroom) was clean, tidy and comfortable. We had to work for parts of the following day and before our onwards journey and could do so from the room/the hotel's business centre (which could do with a bit of love/additional tables/chairs) after the checkout which was great! The hotel is 200m from the airport - all walkable.

The hotel's fitness room could do with a little upgrade and a bit of extra love; comments on the business centre above. Otherwise tiptop.

The walking distance to the airport (2 minutes). The fact that the hotel has its own restaurant. The ironing board and iron were very useful. Minibar and kettle are also a plus. Very clean and good condition of bed and furniture. Comfy bed. I wish I had known in advance that you can park for very competitive prices at the hotel when you sleep for one night and stay away for a couple of weeks. We paid for an external parking provider.

The staff was not that friendly unfortunately. The shower head was broken, you had to use the tube without the shower head. The room was small and it didn't smell good. The street is quite noisy.

The room was big .The bed and pillows were very comfortable .The staff was friendly and helpful.They had parking next to them .

It was far away from the airport.I arrived very late at night and it was very hard to get there no signs anywhere to let you know where it was .I had to ask a taxi driver how to get there my map on my phone wasn’t working for some reason .On the map it showed it was so close but I had to cross the road and go up on lots of steps ( some guys were sitting there I felt a bit uncomfortable squeezing between them with my luggage to get on to the second road that was very busy then I had to navigate how to cross it again then go .My husband said the same thing it was hard to get there with the car too .

I loved the room, was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, was able to reach the hotel from airport on foot, loved the restaurant food, bar was convenient too. Restaurant served delicous food, breakfast was great too. My only wish would be that the restaurant would offer some options during the day (like min. 2-3 simple dishes at least, like sandwich, pasta or soup to grab in between breakfast and dinner)

One of our rooms was close to the elevator and we could hear the guests coming and leaving early and late at night. Probably we could ask for another room, but we did not try so it is kind of our fault Some staff was exceptionally nice but one lady, who I asked if we could do early check in, was obviously having problem with it, on another hand one very nice man was always making us feel welcomed and most of others were friendly too. I feel some staff at the restaurant was a bit confused or overwhelmed - maybe they were new, but they were all very friendly as well.
