The size of the single room and double beds can accommodate a small family (I live in the 3rd floor room). Everything is a bit old but very clean. In the room, there is a living room with a couch and a sofa, a desk, a TV, and a small kitchen with microwave, capsule coffee machine with capsules, cocoa powders, different coffee and tee are provided. Upstairs there is a big cozy and clean double bed and a big shower room. Hot water is very great. The room is spacious and bright with many windows to look out the very nice view. A beautiful cat often wonders around the hotel and she is cuddling and likes people.

The room is usually with some smell once the window is closed. The fridge also smells not too good. The room has bad soundproofing, can hear neighbouring also sometimes strange sounds like water flow or valves opened sounds. I arrived on Sunday 4:05 pm due to the delay of flight, the reception closed at 4 pm. The entrance was completely locked. Tried so many times call them by the phone for urgent thing, no one picked it up. After being stuck outside for almost 1 hr, the staff opened the door. I had prepaid the room for a week, but there was no communication from the hotel to check if any delay or cancel for the booking of an expected customers.

This is still a very clean hotel. We regularly stay here when in Stuttgart. There is a kitchenette to the rooms/apartments and it is very comfortable as the hotel is further from the city centre, though you can find shops and restaurants round the corner. The bathrooms would need a bit of upgrading. The staff is always professional and helpful. Internet functioned very well (for work purposes as well). There is a safe and free underground parking space. You get exactly what you pay for in Stuttgart or surroundings. So really a value for the money. Besides, if you wish to have a restful time, just about 5 km from the hotel there is the TV tower and a beautiful hilly place where you can hike. And from there if you are by car, you can take 2 different tram lines to the city centre.

We know the place, so not much. AC could also be a good idea. But really that is all. Have not tried breakfast, so no information.

The apartment is on two levels and is spacious. It was clean. The small kitchen is quite ok. There is a free private parking. There is an elevator going directly from the underground garage to the apartments. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. It is a comfortable place to stay. You get all you need for a stay. We are returning guest, so it is an ok place.

On arrival, which was the 24th December and Sunday, there should have been reception until 4pm (as they claim). We arrived just after 2pm (because this is the earlierst check-in time) and there was no reception, though a lady helped us check in with the automatic check-in machine, and as it turned out, it would have been problematic without her help. What I do not like here is the bathroom. Opening the window was a bit funny. The shower cabinet was also problematic to close, and water leaked sideways. Maybe a bit of doing up would be a good idea.

The apartment was spacious and really comfortable. It was equipped well-enough for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is free and safe. We are returning guests and will come back again, if in that direction. The location is great for the airport, though you would need a car to get to Stuttgart. Or there is a possibility of driving to Degerloch TV tower, parking for free, and take the tram from there to the city.

We liked all, just there was an unfortunate weather condition with rain and the room felt humid, despite the good heating. And that was a bit disturbing. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

A generous and comfortable studio on two levels, with everything you need. The lady at the reception was very kind and helped us by giving us a lot of information. There is parking in the basement, and breakfast is at another hotel nearby. *I came back because I forgot to mention something. Because we had an unfortunate event, we could not stay on the originally scheduled date. I contacted them and they agreed to postpone the reservation by about a week. Thank you.

The room was huge, with a starcase to the bedroom! The kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped. They offer 2 free bottled waters, coffee, hot chocolate, and haribo sweets. It was very clean, and very quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were very clean, and new. The staff was nice and helpful, check-in and check-out was real quick. Totally recommend.

Chris in reception was fantastic, he answered our queries regarding public transport and local attractions in detail. Buses ran from the from the front of the Hotel. There were restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Chris also resolved an issue regarding access to the bathroom for a member of our travelling party. nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Chris you made our stay very enjoyable!! It is a very clean roomy hotel and the house staff were also very helpful and friendly. We parked the car and didn’t use it for the two days while we were there.

It was our second stay in this hotel. This time it was a smaller type of accommodation, double room apartment type. It was spacious enough. Most things one needs for a stay in an aparment were provided. It had a terrace to sit out, which was very pleasant. All the equipment functioned and the bed was comfortable. There is a free garage which is very safe and cool in summer, too. The staff at the reception was friendly. So no big problems.

There is no AC and it can get very hot by now in south-western Germany. And the kitchenette area could have been a bit cleaner. Without a car, I think it is not possible to reach this hotel (or very problematic). The location is not a big deal, but one can see it checking the map. For Stuttgart visit, it is also better to either go by car and find a "cheaper parking garage/lot" or maybe drive to Degerloch (nice woods) and take the subway/train to central Stuttgart.

This quite unassuming hotel is just a few minutes (less than 5) from the car parks at Stuttgart Airport, and thereby also very close to the Stuttgart exhibition halls. It has at least two sizes of accommodation which includes just about everything someone on business alone could possibly want. The beds are good. The kitchenette has microwave, double hob, tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge, pantry space and of course workspace and sink. The main room (the smaller one!) has a double bed (or two singles together). It has twice the usual hotel desk space with readily available sockets. The usual TV, free water and glasses, loads of drawer space if you are staying awhile. The room boasts an iron and a board - no need to order it up from the concierge! Bedside clock, bedside lamps (wall mounted), bedside clock, and in my room I have a patio and chairs and table. The lobby includes a spacious wardrobe and plenty of hangers. The shower room with toilet and basin is bright, clean and very functional, including a proper shaving mirror. The staff have been brilliant, they did not once laugh at my error in the booking, and worked hard to resolve my further accommodation issues. There is a secure underground car park. The floors are all accessible by lift or stairs.

This is a minor niggle, and certainly not one to influence the high rating that I am giving the Apart Business Hotel. The hotel is owned by the same people who own a neighbouring hotel. Currently, their well-priced breakfast does mean walking across to the other hotel for it. It is not far, but quite far enough when pouring with rain! This is the only flaw in an otherwise exemplary place to stay.

We got an extremely spacious apartment on two levels. It was very clean all over. The kitchen area was well-equipped and usable. The bathroom was really fitted with every possible thing you might need or might have forgotten to take (comb, toothbrush+toothpaste, razor, etc.). The staff was very friendly at reception. There is an underground garage, which is free and safe. We would definitely come back (and did a week later).

There is no AC in the apartments. And of course the location is not the best, though you can see it when booking the place. You need a car to reach this place and Stuttgart as well. But nothing to complain about really.
