Very comfortable and relaxing room with a nice desk for PC work. Good choice of tea in the room. The hotel has an immediate access to the train station (literally) and also is in a short walking distance from the airport. The best accessibility ever. It has also a good Italian restaurant, you can enjoy freshly prepared tasty dishes.

For some reason the front door was locked and the sign said to make a call to let you in. Thanks to the hotel guests who already got the key pass, I was able to enter without hustle. It's good for security but a phone call should not be the only option.

The overall looks of the hotel from the outside is 'oh another hotel', but as soon when you go through the doors, it looks fancy and smells nice! The rooms are spatious, the shower is enormous and the beds are comfy. And..Oh man, so much choice at breakfast! I love the bird & paradise esthetic, and especially love the door knockers!!

My room was not cleaned when I arrived. They solved it super fast as they were cleaning other rooms on the floor I was staying and almost dropped everything to get my room sorted :)

The hotel is located right next to the airport, and public transport is very effective . Its 35 minutes away from city center by tram. Hotel is well kept, rooms are spacious and clean . Breakfast was very good. The gym was well equipped , there's also a sauna which looked nice but I haven't tried it. The hotel restaurant and bar are also quite good....

Its too far from city center.

We stayed with our 2 kids in 2 rooms with connecting doors, which was super handy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Absolutely no noise from the airport which is only 100m away! The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, it was long ago that I had seen such a complete buffet. Really enjoyed it. Also friendly and helpfull staff.

Underground parking was pretty expensive (EUR 40/day - as of 5hrs you pay the day rate) - however given the airport location this is in line with the expectations.

The location at the airport was perfect: as strikes made the situation on the roads difficult, I had decided to spend the night at the airport as I had an early flight to catch the next morning. Breakfast was great, exceptional. Also the room and facilities very good, staff a bit uninvolved, distant. But that's OK, too.

A little confused at first - where exactly is the main entrance? Came by car, was not so well marked. Maybe there should be clearer signs in front of the building indicating where the reception is. When you arrive, you have all your luggage with you and don't want to wander around.

Very good breakfast. Lots of options to choose and reasonably good quality of food. Omlet to order was great. Good location close to Stuttgart Airport. Large parking. Quite room. Comfortable beds. Good size room. Family rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable.

One room was missing the shampoo and another the hand & body soap. Very serious/business-like atmosphere.

We arrived late and worn out. The underground car park was spotless, well lit and warm. The service in the beautiful lobby was friendly and efficient - we felt very welcome. Our connecting rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, and to top it off staff had left colouring books, pencils, sweets and cakes for our kids! We have honestly never felt so welcomed as a family in a hotel. The breakfast was exceptionally nice. Honestly very tough to find fault at all. Thank you guys!!!

The hotel exceeded our expectations; we didn’t expect such quality at this price from a hotel near the airport. We were also surprised that the room was very quiet, despite the hotel’s proximity to the airport and train station. There were no noises heard in the room. The staff was very helpful and nice, and the room was very cozy with a big window and a great view of the airport. We were also surprised by the coffee machine in the room.

It took approximately 40 minutes to get to the city center by train, but that wasn’t a big deal for us because the trains are very comfortable.

Proximity to the airport. Less than 5 mins walk to the terminal. Great for flights departing early in the morning. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was good. The beds were comfy, which made getting up at 4 AM for a flight even harder. We didn't try the breakfast.

As far as I'm aware, there is no spa area or gym inside the hotel. Also, I generally prefer hard flooring instead of carpet in the rooms for allergy/hygiene reasons. Considering the location and price however, this hotel is great for staying a night before an early flight.

Location was great. Came for an exposition and the facilities are just next door. Staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent value for money

Nothing really. Only thing that was inconvenient that a later check out was not bookable as the hotel was closing for the winter break. Staff let us stay until 1pm though and not kick us out at noon. Does not worsen the stay though
