Very quiet rooms, good location

Parking is expensive considering it is outside the building and is unguarded. Breakfast was less than mediocre: stale chocolate cookies, bananas had big brown stains, baked bacon was cold, tasteless omelette. In the wellness both infrared sauna and steam room were not working, no goblets for the water. Empty shower fell dispensers.

If I had to sum up my overnight stay at the NH Stuttgart Airport on my way to the northern wonders of Italy, I’d say: “It was like a pit stop, but not for the car—for the soul!” After a long day driving from the Netherlands, this hotel turned out to be a true oasis. The staff welcomed me with the kind of hospitality that makes you forget you’ve been stuck in traffic for hours. The room was so comfortable that I almost considered skipping Italy and just staying there! Plus, the breakfast? Let’s just say it’s the fuel you didn’t know your journey needed. Highly recommend if you need a recharge—both for your car and your spirits!

Well, I did wake up to a flat tire in the morning, which wasn’t exactly part of my plan! Now, I’m not saying it happened on the hotel grounds—it could’ve been anywhere along my drive. But let’s be honest, it added a bit of unexpected adventure to my morning. Thankfully, the staff were super helpful in pointing me to the nearest repair shop. Not the best way to start the day, but at least I was in good hands!

This isn’t my first time staying at this hotel, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The location is excellent, with a convenient shuttle to the airport, the staff are friendly and always ready to help, there’s a nice little gym, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip.

When I arrived, I had to wait in line for quite a while because there was only one staff member at the reception.

The hospitality was unprecedented. I have never, in all my travels, encountered such amazingly helpful desk personnel!! The night manager, Rena Lachenmaier, went above and beyond to help me get a room. The night was AWEFUL--pouring rain and completely dark for the whole 8 hours from Belgium, so I had my daughter call a friend to book us a hotel. She booked for the wrong dates (February!!!), and it was a no-change/unrefundable reservation. Mr. Lachmaier spent nearly an hour investigating how to change the reservation AND KEEP THE LOW PRICE. He did it--with ingenuity and patience. He never gave up. His assistance was especially appreciated because I had just lost my job, and the whole reason for traveling (expensive) was to give my daughter a birthday-present holiday. He saved me and our plans. THANK YOU RENA!!!

Absolutely nothing. The best place to stay. So accommodating.

The hotel located near the airport, offers spacious rooms, bathroom with a tub, which was nice. You can rent umbrellas at the hotel for 3,5EUR / day. I found that quite cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enis helped us with the check-in very smoothly.

Location is excellent if you travel by car. Try to avoid if using public transport. We found it very challenging, and long to go to Stuttgart City for example, or even to the neighboring town Sielmingen. Not to mention late night connections.

We were expecting another dull airport hotel on our stopover near Stuttgart; however we were pleasantly surprised to find that everything (room, staff, facilities) was excellent. Arrived after midnight on 02 March with a baby, and we were greeted with a smile from the gentleman working the front desk. He checked us in and informed us that parking for our 2 SUV (one pulling a 6ft trailer) would be free of charge and we could park in the secure staff park in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, with an enormous bed that could fit 3 adults easily. Complimentary water and coffee/tea facilities included. In the morning we didn’t pay extra for breakfast and when we approached the front desk with some questions they were happy to help.

For the rate charged, there is nothing more we could ask for

Rooms were modern and stylish. Beds were a little firm for me, but linens were good, and I slept well regardless. The bathroom was beautiful. It was nice to have a mini refrigerator. The shuttle to the airport was the main reason we stayed here, although we didn't realize there was an $8 fee per person for this service when we booked. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Water and fruit in the lobby were a nice touch.

Our air conditioner didn't cool very well, but it worked fine in the other room we had for the rest of the family.

The room was comfortable and offered all the room facilities that I required including the means for both tea and coffee making. The room offered a bath as well as the overbath shower. The bed was comfortable and...huge. The temperature was absolutely right and well adorned with comfortable bedding and pillows.

The checking in process was a bit protracted and caused queues. I came to the reception having already booked in to make a simple request for a wake-up call and to book a taxi for the morning. I needed to wait a long time while the more senior receptionist dealt with a visiting engineer who clearly was a supplier to the hotel. I am unsure why the engineer was not dealt with away from the reception, leaving the reception fully manned for the benefit of the guests.

Great breakfast with a lot of variety and very tasty. LOVED Loved loved Sunday checkout time was 12 pm, which was how late the breakfast would be served, so we slept in and still had breakfast! The staff had made the keys access to both rooms that my family stayed; which was very considerate. Super easy parking on the ground floor(consider all hotels charge parking fee, this one has the best parking). The rooms we stayed were clean and comfy with AC available (big plus!). Great location with stores and restaurants nearby; a pizza place opens until 11 pm if you are traveling late. Overall, very happy with the stay.

At first, they gave me a room seemed already cleaned, but the bedding was still a bit messed up, but the staff changed our room immediately. A room missed one pillow and the sink didn't drain well.....all were very minor and didn't affect our overall positive experience, but room cleaning department should manage their rooms a little bit better.

Parking was the main reason I selected this hotel. I have stayed here before and I was familiar with the location. Also liked having grocery store, drug store, and gas station very near. There we also restaurants nearby.

Checkout is the major compliant. There is always a line and only one person checking people out and a longer than expected wait. Regular free WIFI was very slow. Worked with it as I was not paying for premium WIFI. Lastly, while the breakfast was good, it was predictable as it was always the same. If you there for only a couple of days, you will not notice.
