Location, the owner,the site of the location in a good area ,quiet place, the room it was great to over of my expectation ,near close to the shop, restaurant's, terase, tramways stations , lot s of things .

Cause This kind of place dont have advertising clips as good and nice place to stay and spend time to relax, because dont have exposer's and campain and advertising clips.They deserve...

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was pretty close to a tram station, which allowed me to get to wherever I needed to go quickly. I really liked my room and everything that came with it (and especially the air conditioning, which was great in the summer). The room, as well as the bathroom were very clean and the staff I came in contact with has been very friendly.

Easy to check in, affordable and clean, friendly staff at breakfast

There wasn’t a staff member working when we arrived, so we couldn’t find where the hotel parking was. I chose this hotel based off of parking and breakfast being available, so not having parking was frustrating. Also, the fridge in our room didn’t work. We were really hoping to refrigerate some water, and weren’t able to do so.

The self check in went excellent. Very easy based on booking number or last name. The staff was super friendly! Good breakfast!

Parking place can only be used with help of the reception desk = until 10pm. The staff explained that the self check in is just new and they are working on the system to allow self check in including access to the parking place.

At incheck copy of passport / credit card but due to that the process was very fast. Ensure you have copy of passport with blank-out your social number than risk is even lower. The copy will go through the paper shredder when you leave the hotel. Nevertheless as banks nowadays want to have video of your ID including a live connection the risk of this copy is not that high.

Check In / Check out process - Very quick and easy. Hotel Breakfast - Simple spread (bread, cereal varieties, hot and cold food varietie, tried all and were, tasty. Plenty of Coffee and Tea flavours. Room - Booked a quadraple family room. Spacious to walk around, had a big balcony. Beds were big and comfy. Very clean, no bad smoke smells, fresh. Toilet/bathroom was huge, can sleep in there.

Generally, there is nothing to put under here. But areas for improvement or to take note of: Parking - hotel has no free parking lots, you have to drive around to find off street parking which is usually filled up. On your luck. Noise insulation - We could hear the next rooms people walking around, closing and opening the doors etc. Was noisy due to poor insulation materials used to construct the room wall. We could hear the church bells, annoying. Tram sound too. Nearby eateries - No shops were open during the weekend we put up. Very quiet side of Stuttgart. Macdonals was like 25mins walk away together with a supermarket. Tram stop was right infront of hotel.

Very accommodating to our needs as we checked in very late.

Could have been even more clear instructions regarding parking. I was a bit stressed but I didn't see how to buy parking permit, I won't blame the hotel but I believe it could be even clearer.

Excellent location for enjoying the Cannstatter Wasen with the possibility of reaching the beer festival via U13 (there is a stop just steps away from the hotel). Rooms are all very clean (we booked a triple room and a double room) and wonderful (exceptional balcony and super hydro massage in room 505!). Parking lot available with a very fair cost of 8 euro/night.

I can’t really think of anything wrong.

Beds err comfy the reception staff let us CGS k in an hour early which was bliss as we’d had a long flight. Great location for public transport

Fridge didn’t work had to move it to different plug…there were not adequate tea and coffee

Property was very well situated outside of Cannsatter Wasen. And was extremely easy to travel too with the tram and trains.

The baggage drop off before check-in. Meaning leaving your bags there for the morning in case you arrive too early to check in. Was really just putting down your bag in the lobby area, everyone can see it, wished it was like a locked room or behind counter.
