Good hotel, nice and fresh outlook and room was spacious, clean and tidy with a nice shower and a daily change of towels. Breakfast offered a good choice and staff pleasant and helpful. Italian restuarant on site was ideal and again great choice and staff pleasant. Fuel station/supermarket 100 yards from Hotel and train station at most 300 yrds away where the U9 will take you into town centre in 20 min.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and close to a tram stop. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything you might need is provided. One big plus is the air conditioning, which continues to work even when you're not in the room, so you can return to a pleasantly cool (or warm) space after a long day out.

The hotel is located next to both a tram line and a busy road, so if you prefer to sleep with the windows open, you might notice some noise from outside. However, since the room is equipped with air conditioning, guests who don't mind using A/C at night can keep the windows closed for a quieter sleep. One downside is the absence of a fridge in the room. Also, the hotel's parking lot tends to fill up by around 5 PM. After that, you'll need to park in a nearby lot, which costs €5 per night.

the location is situated at 5 min from the Metro station which in less than 20 min brings to the main point of attractions. The hotel parking lot was well lit and monitor by the cameras and there are 2 gas station which one is open 24/7.

I had a twin room and i felt the bed were a bit too small, the upper mattress was always shifting and i had to fix the bed several times.

We had just changed hotel as the one we went to was more expensive, the staff didn't speak english, and there was no air conditioning or wifi. This hotel however, had friendly, fluent english speaking staff, as well as GOOD air conditioning and free wifi. The check in experience was harmless, our room was close by, and everything was relatively hands free.

The one thing I didn't like was being disallowed to have a kettle, even at my own expense or if I were to bring one. Staff said something about a fire safety policy, which is unfortunate, as I had brought things with me that required boiling hot water. Went without, but not a deal breaker.

A clean and comfortable hotel. I didn't take breakfast because the breakfast was quite poor. It is in the suburban part of the city, but there is no transportation problem. Especially the female staff at the reception was extremely polite and helpful.

Due to the work on the metro line, transportation is done with transfers. Unfortunately, bad luck will continue for a while. This is not something the hotel has, but it is useful for those who will stay to know.

Generally clean and comfortable. It has easy access to the tram network. There is a garage with shop and bakery next door (great alternative breakfast option).

Breakfast is expensive- we used the bakery next door instead. The single beds have mattress toppers that are comfortable but slide off the bed too easily! There is very limited free parking- an alternative is available for 5 euros a day. Try to arrive as close to check in time as possible to get a space.

The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with many options. Since the focus of our trip this time was not Stuttgart, and the city was just a place for us to spend the night, the location of the hotel was just perfect! There's the option of making the check-in yourself if you arrive in late hours, but the check-in timeslot is good enough. There are also good options for parking in the premises. Also many restaurants around the hotel area are within walking distance.

The check-in went smoothly, the beds were comfy, the room was well organised, breakfast was as usual very nice. We have already visited a few B&B Hotels in different cities, and they became our choice stays. We received very nice advise for going to local food restaurant, and what to see around.

Unfortunately, at the time of the stay, people were smoking outside on the back terrace. The smoke entered our room and this was very disturbing. They were also making quite a lot of noise until 3am. Fortunately, the B&B staff was very nice in handling the situation. The hassle of finding a parking space.

I think it's the best B&B Hotel I've stayed in yet. Receptionist was very kind, room was very clean and spacious. There were enough parking spaces on our stay, but I saw an ad that there's also a parking closeby for 5 euros.

We were unlucky to stay there on Sunday, so neither pizzeria downstairs, nor Trattoria in the building were open. But there're many other restaurants arround (mostly fast food).

Hotel seems to be quite new, so rooms are new, nice and clean. People at the reception were super helpful, breakfests were amazing, parking is free and possible right in front of the hotel or for free at the street. Sound isolation was good, only a few sounds here and there from rooms next to ours, when we closed the windows during the night, traffic was almost not possible to hear, same for trams/U-bahn going next to the hotel. Room had comfortable beds (could be wider maybe?), doors on code and also AC. Room was clean and there was really nothing to complain about, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Doors to the rooms has a lot of resistance, so it can be a little bit tricky to open them, that also means that when you go ouot of the room and forget about it, doors slam and make a lot of noise. Location of the hotel is probably also popural for young and loud people and those who like to rev their cars - that was the only downside for us.
