Beautiful hotel, lovely location in Bavaria, friendly staff and great breakfast. Sadly I was there on business so did not get to make use of the spa, but it looked excellent.

Fantastic family run luxury hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. Great continental breakfast offering with everything you could hope for including fresh cut meats, fruit, cheese organic bread etc. Also you can have eggs your way. The rooms are very modern and spacious. The garden is beatifully kept and there are many private areas to relax. Most outstanding is the service though.

We had a wonderful day at this beautiful and super modern oasis! This booking was my birthday gift for my husband and we both enjoyed and loved it! The day started a little bad for me since I forgot my bikini but the young blonde lady at the reception was super nice to me, she called all the shops in the neighborhood to check which place was open and arranged a taxi for me to go and pick up my bikini. The staff was super nice and lovely, the food was awesome, saunas and pools were fantastic, it was all heavenly comfy and really luxurious, we really loved everything! We also had a very lovely waiter who was speaking with us in English and he was extremely friendly! The support and friendliness from the staff definitely made our experience even nicer!

The saunas open the next day at 11:00 o'clock and the check-out is also the same time. If you want to use the saunas the next day you need to pay 28€ extra which we didn't know and got really disappointed. Also on my booking notes, I mentioned that the reason for our travel to their hotel was my husband's coming birthday but they didn't take care of anything about it. During the dinner, I requested a happy birthday note on the dessert plate which was taken care of by the staff but the waiter who was helping me had no clue and said he received no note about it so I found it a little strange.
