Spacious room with comfortable bed, seat and desk. Complimentary large bottle of water provided on arrival. Substantial and varied breakfast buffet with excellent range of hot and cold options. Decent beers in the bar area. Good location within ten minutes' walk of the station and theatre (I was in town for the opera), round the corner from the Orangerie Art Museum, and a few minutes' walk in the opposite direction from the Otto-Dix-Haus.

Decor was a bit old-fashioned and dowdy, but no serious reservations.

The breakfast was a surprisingly positive experience. The room was clean and functional. The location is close to the center and also close to the old town with a nice cafe on a bridge, a big park, and the old castle. Great place to visit! The staff is very friendly.

Just two small things that did not ruin the overall experience: 1. On arrival they block 220 EUR on your credit card for the mini bar. Fun fact: There was no minibar in the room. In my view: Not necessary. 2. The prepaid parking pass for the hotel's car park gets invalidate, if you do not use it every day. So, although paid you cannot leave the car park. Well, the staff helped me to solve that.

I have come back to the hotel after 1 month, on my way back from France. I have chosen this hotel as I have highly evaluated it on the basis of my previous stay. the most important elements for which I am looking for preparing my trips are: the parking lot, the quiet room - looking at the park, the very good breakfast, and very friendly staff. Perfect experience, I am grateful to all of you, especially to the lady working at the front desk (during the check-out) who remembered me after a month. Impressive memory ;-).

Perfect location, next to Orangerie in Gere. There was no problem to find the hotel (mainly thanks to the navigation). Very polite and helpful staff. The underground parking also was really appreciated. Excellent breakfast in the nice restaurant. I can recommend this hotel for one night and longer stays, as town is worth to be visited. I will come back soon ;-)

Simplicity of check in and parking. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were very good. The staff were helpful , no complaints with the room . Short walk to the shopping centre but directions needed.

Nothing , but maybe not for an extended stay.

One of our two rooms had a beautiful view over the garden of the orangerie. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. Bicycle storage facilities in the hotel garage were very convenient for us.

As a family we had booked two rooms, and although the hotel didn't seem overcrowded at all, we were given two rooms on different floors and at opposite ends of the rather big building - but apart from that things were really fine.

The hotel has a very good central location. The rooms are spacious and well isolated. We had a room facing the inner garden. Nice and quiet. There is a good breakfast. All in all a very good experience and the price-quality is good. I would not hesitate to book again.

Nothing to complain about

Everything was OK. it was only a quick overnight stay for us, but we slept comfortably and moved on. I was happy to be able to find a secure parking slot.

Parking time was a bit on a short side, hence we skipped the breakfast - something for the owners to think about.

Good location, air conditioning, clean, comfortable bed and pillow, safe parking. My husband wasn't well at the time of our stay and the staff was amazing, helping me with whatever I needed, thank you so much.

Very clean everywhere in the hotel, great breakfast., underground parking. Overall highly recommend.

A little fridge and kettle would be great. Apart from.that nothing to complain.
