Hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet location. Loved the decorations and furnitures. Very polite and helpful staff. Parking is 3 mins walk - might be a bit full if you arrived after 9 pm. Clean rooms with everything you need for your stay, toiletries, bath robes, mini bar etc.

I would prefer to have a bit bigger variety for breakfast - especially in terms of sweet treats, and maybe to add a toaster. The bed mattresses a bit too soft - but I guess that depends on your personal preferences. When making a reservation, the description stated we would have one extra large bed, but in reality it was two single beds moved together. Would be also nice to have white towels only - we had one white set and another one was blue.

The building was stunning as was our room with the old wooden beams. Parking was nearby and very easy to get to. Breakfast was a real treat in the morning.

The staff were very well-trained and polite, but a bit distant and could have offered a bit more information. They did not ask whether we had enjoyed our stay. I personally find it more romantic to have one mattress in a double bed.

Well located traditional older hotel. Comfortable bed and gorgeous linen Sadly a number of rooms lost their hot water.. the hotel kindly offered us free breakfast to compensate Handy hotel parking close by .

O was mot happy with my room 411 because the large attic beam ruined the openess of the space,

Perfect location in the old town. Nice hotel. Friendly staff who helped us with bike rental. It was possible to park in the hotel car park a short distance from the hotel (you could drive to the hotel and drop off your luggage)

Almost no air ventilation or A/C in the room

Magnificent 16th century house, enormous comfortable rooms (ours had its original stone vaulted ceiling!) Directly in the middle of the city many connoisseurs consider to be Germany's most beautiful.

Beautiful historic building with all mod cons. Exceptional service when we found ourselves unable to get a taxi to the station.

WLAN was excellent. Great for business travel. Completely able to stream meetings without issue. Breakfast was excellent and well attended.

Very nice, historic hotel. Good location in old town. Room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. Room was very quiet, despite hotel being busy. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Fast, reliable wifi.

No tea kettle in room (although this was supplied on request).
