Nice hotel directly at Obermarkt in the historical city center. My room towards the back of the building was very quiet and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice. The room was very warm, but when I mentioned it, I was given a large fan starting my second day (since there was none available when I arrived in the late evening), which made it bearable.

The mattress was a bit too soft. The staff in the breakfast area just did their job and never greeted me.

I like coming back here. A truly recommendable hotel in Görlitz for business trips! Hint: the cheaper rooms are in another building. If you opt for the more expensive ones, you will stay in the main building and will be able to enjoy the cozy design of the spacious rooms!

The hotel room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to downtown.

The ringing of bells from two churches near the hotel, which rang about every 15 minutes during the night. I really could not sleep well here, but of course this is not hotel´s fault. For those which are "deep sleepers" it should not be a problem.

Perfect location, right in the centre of Görlitz. Very stylish and cosy building.

I happened to leave behind an item that was not retrieved by hotel staff, despite immediate notification. Not staff's fault, but it would have been nice to get it back.

Perfect location in old town,great parking facilities, staff very friendly and helpful,we asked to have a few more nights and they were very accommodating we even kept the same room. Breakfast excellent and breakfast staff very nice, definitely recommend.

The staff is exceptionally welcoming! A delightful little hotel in a historic building 500 years old. Greate location - in the centre of the historical part. There are a lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel on the square.

Breakfast was great. The staff was great. The room was a bit cold and the shower water was only lukewarm that night although it heated up well enough by the morning. I suspect it is because heating is so expensive. I liked the parking. It was open and not under a building.

The bed was too soft for me. I like a hard mattress.

Nice old town vibe! The lady form the reception was really kind, she stayed slightly later for me to check-in. The next time I will be in Zgorzelec I will definitely stay there!

There is nothing to criticise. Using Lift or elevator was complex. We stayed room 403. Room was wonderful. The Oven was out of order. Lastly the dible beds were little bit uncomforyable.

I know this hotel from before, so I was not surprised by the quality. Delicious breakfast, very good location, parking possibility guaranteed (for 10 EUR extra). Some staff members speak a good Polish.

Please be aware what kind of rooms you reserve. The cheapest ones are in another building, so you will have to walk a few meters through the town for breakfast. If you can afford it, try the better rooms in the main building with just a small surcharge: you will see the difference!
