What a delightful little hotel, and what a friendly and cooperative person there to receive you!! An absolutely first-rate experience from the word go! The arrival and reception was a pure joy and the room was spotlessly clean!! Just so with the washroom!! And what a good size of the room! Really very, very nice!! In the morning, the breakfast was again right up to the mark! Without being over the top, you got all what you needed, and a little bit more! The hostess took very good care of the guests in her own quietly efficient manner, and I have nothing but very generous praise for her! I know it is off-season for the whole area, but I cannot imagine a better experience at this price!! Absolutely outstanding!!

Nothing, absolutely nothing!

While not the easiest place to find once found it was wonderful! Do not count on Google Maps or any other navigation means to get you there! The hotel itself was very, very nice! Extremely clean and both tastefully designed and furnished! Our balcony view was of a small vineyard in front of the local church and out our large side window was a beautiful view of Lake Constance. Associated with (ownedby) the hotel is Gruper Tropfen a restaurant right across the street from the hotel. GT is well manned by Nico who was an absolute delight. He is friendly, courteous, well spoken, knowledgeable and extremely personable. Hopefully hotel management appreciates what an amazing asset he is to their business! The food was quite good at the restaurant and we ended up dining there both of the evenings of our stay! The shores of Lake Constance are a very short walk away and bordered by a lovely park! If I went this way again in my travels I’d look no further than Hagnau am Bodenseehotel Renn!

Beautiful room at top of the hotel. Great to have elevator and parking. Room was clean and spacious we loved it. Hotel is in Hagnau beautiful quaint area next to bakery and restaurant across street that was wonderful, served delicious breakfast and dinner! Walk distance to lake. I5 min from car ferry to cross the lake. We loved this hotel

Everything! Especially their restaurant. The food was delicious.

The area did not offer a whole lot this time of year. It's definitely a place for spring & summer I believe. We would definitely go back in the summer.

Very nice small town, good quiet location, free parking in front of hotel.

Most of restaurants are closed during noon, so it is not so easy to have a lunch :-)

Staff are super friendly. It's an excellent location, near to the dock to catch the ferry and the village itself is beautiful. The dinner that is included far exceeded expectations. Staff in the restaurant were very professional and the food was lovely.

The only down side to the hotel is that the bed was very hard.

the hotel was very clean and the personal in the hotel and restaurant was very nice. we had half pension and the food was amazing.

Nice and quiet location, big clean room with modern furniture, free parking space near the hotel, exceptional and fresh breakfast, friendly staff. Free Echt Bodensee Card is included per person. It was a very nice stay. Thanks!
